all the pizza huts in the world do 2 dollar pan pizzas on Tuesday but on Cleveland ave the manager can't handle her work so she closed the whole store and was rude I wouldn't buy from here give them that same energy they give us

Order was incomplete upon delivery. I called to let know about order being incomplete and Deja’s plan of correction was to replace entire order at my convenience free of charge. I called today to redeem my free replacement and another manager refused to honor it.

I’m not rating them a one because I usually never have no problems with this Pizza Hut but I ordered 3 things tonight which came up to 21.15 I gave her 25 dollars because iI usually tip the drivers AT THIS LOCATION and they forgot my drink I asked the lady who delivered the food did they forget the drink and (she said yeah ) she also said she would go retrieve the item after her next order and bring it back which I had NO PROBLEM with ! a whole hour goes by she hasn’t returned called the store not complaining once again the guy answers saying he would put the manager on the phone the manger doesn’t answer MORAL OF THE STORY please check your orders before sending them out !!!

Ordered pizza at 7:35pm delivery to be at 8:05-8:15. Pizza arrived by DoorDash at 9:00. Tried to call store and was hung up on after asking were delivery was. Called back the girl said she hung up because I upset her asking about my pizza. Pizza was cold and very unprofessional service!

Wings weren't even cooked all the way. New management sucks. Been a poor experience ever since my guy Brian left. 2 outta 3 orders have been wrong. The new store manager is so rude and treats other employees pretty poorly. The poor girl she was talking to just looked scared. the employees look like there walking on pins and needles anymore. I literally come to this hut for the experience and they always had my order correct. Used to have a really fun atmosphere now it feels like a funeral. Delivery has been much better lately and the tavern pizza has been good. But past that can't say much good about this hut anymore. We been driving to the one in Jackson. This Store just doesn't do it like it use to.
