Buyer beware. Expensive poor quality. This location didn’t even taste like pizza hut. They didn’t cut the pizza, the crust is undercooked, and then gave us handtossed instead of pan, what we ordered. $50 for pizza and breadsticks.

Call the store to placed a delivery order. Was told 40 minutes. After a hour tried to call and see what was going on. Was placed on hold for 45 minutes. Finally a Door Dash person called me and said someone stole my order. And they would have to get it approved by door dash to remake the order. I told the to cancel the order after 2 hours. So I went to the store to make sure the order was canceled but they was remaking it. Told them to cancel the order. And refund my card. Was told it wasn't there fault that someone from door dash has been stealing orders lately. So why use them. Will never order there again. Bad costumer service.

Lazy workers can't cut the pizza all the way through, was totally un separable... Also I tried to called them back three times about not getting extra sauce. And the phone just rang and rang, know one ever anserwed the whole night. What in the hell is going on at this location....?

all the pizza huts in the world do 2 dollar pan pizzas on Tuesday but on Cleveland ave the manager can't handle her work so she closed the whole store and was rude I wouldn't buy from here give them that same energy they give us

Not going back ever. This is the 2nd time I've gotten severely sick after getting pizza from here. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Both times I went to ER cause it was that bad. Never again

Order was incomplete upon delivery. I called to let know about order being incomplete and Deja’s plan of correction was to replace entire order at my convenience free of charge. I called today to redeem my free replacement and another manager refused to honor it.
