Order was incomplete upon delivery. I called to let know about order being incomplete and Deja’s plan of correction was to replace entire order at my convenience free of charge. I called today to redeem my free replacement and another manager refused to honor it.

I’m not rating them a one because I usually never have no problems with this Pizza Hut but I ordered 3 things tonight which came up to 21.15 I gave her 25 dollars because iI usually tip the drivers AT THIS LOCATION and they forgot my drink I asked the lady who delivered the food did they forget the drink and (she said yeah ) she also said she would go retrieve the item after her next order and bring it back which I had NO PROBLEM with ! a whole hour goes by she hasn’t returned called the store not complaining once again the guy answers saying he would put the manager on the phone the manger doesn’t answer MORAL OF THE STORY please check your orders before sending them out !!!

Ordered pizza at 7:35pm delivery to be at 8:05-8:15. Pizza arrived by DoorDash at 9:00. Tried to call store and was hung up on after asking were delivery was. Called back the girl said she hung up because I upset her asking about my pizza. Pizza was cold and very unprofessional service!

Wings weren't even cooked all the way. New management sucks. Been a poor experience ever since my guy Brian left. 2 outta 3 orders have been wrong. The new store manager is so rude and treats other employees pretty poorly. The poor girl she was talking to just looked scared. the employees look like there walking on pins and needles anymore. I literally come to this hut for the experience and they always had my order correct. Used to have a really fun atmosphere now it feels like a funeral. Delivery has been much better lately and the tavern pizza has been good. But past that can't say much good about this hut anymore. We been driving to the one in Jackson. This Store just doesn't do it like it use to.

Very poor attitude from the girl at the counter. Ordered the Big New Yorker, It was terrible. Normally not a bad pizza. The boneless wings were good.
When they use DoorDash to make their deliveries in Northwest Canton Ohio they need to make sure the driver has enough money for change I was very upset that they didn't but is all good she was an amazing DoorDash person and we worked it out together.

9/10 they don't have delivery and rely on doordash or Uber eats. I order x2 boneless wings 8 count, they put it all in 1 box for 2 people. I ordered and paid for a dipping sauce because there is never enough sauce for the wings. I haven't ordered pizza from this location for a long time. This isn't the first time that the service and food was sub par. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered the Spicy chicken tavern pizzas with extra sauce. What we got were two dry pizzas that tasted like they dumped a shaker of salt on top. They went into the trash. Ordering food only to have to throw it away is not something that is ever acceptable.

I've been going to this location off and on for 40 years. First time I've had a problem. I was not shown the pizza first. I ordered( and always do) a hand tossed Ohio's best. Somehow during my order someone put the order in as thin crust. I called when I got home to say something ? and waited 12 minutes for the manager! I hung up and called back. This time she answered. I explained the situation, she replied with, I'm sorry. That was it! Now I'm even more upset. I expected to maybe be given a monetary compensation on my next order. Maybe $5. I got nothing. Just I'm sorry. I really didn't feel like she really meant it. Thin crust is NOT what I ordered or wanted. There are too many pizza places out there to make such a stupid mistake.
If you want bad service, order from the Cleveland Ave location.

I've got to say I was impressed with this location, went here to pick up a doordash order, and not only was it clean and orderly the employees all were working together like a well oiled machine. The vibe in there was great even with them being busy they all had a great mood.
