This place has to worst customer service! They are slow and very rude to those who walk in. I wish the owner would do something about it or they need to loose business.

If it weren’t for bad taste, this pizza would have no taste at all. Haven’t ordered from PH For many years. Nothing like the old days. This is the worse pizza I’ve ever had in 73 years!

We got 2 large pizzas and both were terribly undercooked… The dough was ultra mushy and the cheese was still solid. Yes, solid cheese. Pizza Hut is my favorite as far as chain pizza joints go but this location just seems to have lost its marbles.

Ordered breadsticks tonight and they were just flat bread. I called to ask why and was told they ran out of that dough, so they used something else. They still charged me full price!!!! Terrible!

Always enjoy this location. Food is always made fresh and fast. We usually always do carryout - really appreciate the drive thru window on the side. The service is okay, the employees don't always seem to enjoy their jobs.... but they're friendly enough and the food is worth it. Pizza Hut has some amazing limited time deals on the app, we got this stuffed crust pizza with 16 wings for $20 (+tax and tip) 1.1.2025. The wings definitely could have used a lot more sauce, but otherwise it was all really delicious, made fresh, fast, and perfect for my family of 3 on New Year's day.

I ordered two large pizzas ,the supreme came as a medium and half the toppings were missing. There were bare spots on the pizza with no cheese or toppings, the breadsticks were mostly plain with no seasoning. I know it was 45 minutes until the store closed, but if they accepted the order they should send what was ordered, and put some effort into making it.
It truly sucks that if there's a problem you can't call and talk to anyone. The local phone number goes to a national order line that is answered by someone in india

I called to order pizza and got a person who could barely speak English. I ordered a medium thick crust pepperoni and cheese pizza. She repeated my order back but I could not understand a word she said except pizza. I asked the girl at the Pizza Hut to check my order and told her my concern. She looked in the box kind of shrugged her shoulders and said it’s cheese and pepperoni. When I got home the pizza was on a crust thinner than a soda cracker. I tried calling back but got the call center again. I was very disappointed with my order and apparently you can’t speak with your neighborhood Pizza Hut.
