The first place I tried when I moved to canton.. everything about this place is so amazing me and my kids have enjoyed it more times than I can count in 4 months. Absolutely love their food.!.!.

No available parking close to store, order not taken properly by kid who did not pay attention to what the customer ordered, long wait time longer than was stated, many orders messed up and people were getting frustrated and store under staffed. I have ordered from this store many times before and the service was ok at best but this makes me stop going to this store. Also the"Hall of Fame security" gave my wife a hard time about where I parked because I am not walking 2 block from the tiny "parking lot" they have 2 blocks from the store. A total farse if you ask me. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

What an absolute lazy unprofessional bunch. I get there and it's a bunch of younger kids, I'm in the middle of delivering for amazon. They tell me they don't have the first 4 things I ask for, get reduced down to only ordering a cheese pizza individual and cheese sticks, get told ten minutes, leave to drop more packages off, then come back after ten minutes food is still not ready. I wait patiently, food still is not up, I ask if they just put it in, manager that finally came back to the store in the meantime told me that it's in, I insinuate I'm in the middle of working and need to know how long this will take, she says a couple minutes. I ask for a refund once that passes and still no food and now being behind In my work diveries while I'm starving. She smarts off to me and say ok I'll give u a refund but it'll only be a couple monutes for your pizza. I said you just told me that I want my money back, I said to her that I was told ten minutes I wouldn't have drove back and wasted more time, she smarted off again with passive aggression that all our food orders are 30 minutes. I told her what her cashier told me, she insisted I was wrong and continued to act like a smartass. What an absolute unproffesional lazy place that put me behind in my deliveries I still have two hours to make and can't eat. Should be ashamed

So I received broken chicken bones and in spots raw chicken my son choked on no sauce on wings, wax paper of some type of plastic on and all over wings wings and no extra sauce I paid extra for. The Italian subs bun was wet and one bite it had a spoiled tasted absolutely disgusting. The meatball sub the bread was so toasted that it was like saw dust the meatballs were dry and barely any sauce on meatball sub. I question the capability of service and food at all locations what a mess. Next up Canton Repository for my complaint and then Better Business Bureau. I have photos leaving them to Canton Repository

I ordered at Hall of Fame Village location. I grew up on Pizza Oven so when I come to Canton it's one of my go to spots. I was happy to see the put a Pizza Oven in this location. It was nice, clean, ,the food was great, & Asia our server was awesome. I will definetly be back.

I bought a 2 piece snack and extra thigh on July 15 2024 at the pizza oven at hall of fame village. That was the best chicken dinner I bought from any other establishments. The food WAS NOT over cooked and dry. The chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. Good Job to everyone working there. The people are friendly and I will always keep coming back to this pizza oven location. I used to use another pizza oven but this location is way far better than the other pizza oven I used to use!!
I want to start off saying I have always liked Pizza Oven and will continue to support other locations, but I hope management cleans up this location. I have never been in a scenario like this. My mom, sister and I, walked in and ordered a large pepperoni (as usual, with other locations) Navarre, Perry)). We ordered a large pepperoni and my sister got a fountain drink. The guy (employee) said it would be 15 to 20 minutes wait, which is perfectly fine. 20 to 30 minutes go buy and I noticed people that ordered behind us already has there food. I politely ask when our order would be finished and the guy (employee) acted completely confused and replied did you order anything? I found that comment very strange because we just had a detailed conversation about how the air conditioning was out since thursday and they are struggling to stay cool. They were propping the door open and that the AC was projected to get fixed later in the week. Oh, I get it. Its hot.That add's additional stress. But the next thing was strange. I step out of the way for another customer that placed a new order. I waited and later went back up and ask when our pizza will be complete and he said that nothing was in the system. He proceeds to flip the screen towards me and ask which order was mine. I showed him my receipt and said I ordered a large pepperoni. He responded with: that they made a cheese pizza awhile ago and they can put pepperoni on it... wait (Me like, huh really in my mind).. he also said he can put my name on a 15% off coupon in the back office for the next pizza. Literally the most bizarre face on me. My response. Sorry man I dont nessaraly care about the 15% coupon, I just paid for a pizza and want to walk out with a pizza that I ordered. Okay guys... I work hard and make okay money!! I don't care about loosing a 20 dollar bill but common! You dont go into a business and buy somethin and leave with NOTHING,.. right!. He just stared at me and said "I dont know man.. what to do". Wait Seriously? I ask if he can return my money and he again said I dont know man. I looked at him, and said look at the scenario. Just look... it bought something and have nothing. Do I have to dispute this with my bank at this point? Really this is a $20 dollar pizza. They ended up giving us the cold cheese pizza from the back with pepperoni on top. We were in the busines for 1 and 1/2 hours.

Asked for a cup of ice water with meal while dining in and was told "we don't have water". I then walked over to fountain machine and pressed the water lever... Magically water appeared. I don't appreciate being lied to. Won't be back to this location.
