Zoe is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, we were so impressed with her skills and professionalism. Our wedding cake exceeded expectations. It was beautiful and literally sparkled. We got so many compliments from guests and many commented that it was the best wedding cake they ever had. I cannot recommend Purple Door Bakery enough!!!

I highly recommend Zoe and purple door bakery for any of your dessert needs! She made our wedding cake in about 10 dozen cupcakes of different flavors for our September wedding. Every cupcake was delicious, and after I got a bite of my Wedding Cake. I totally went back for Probably three more bites. It was so good! My husband loves her carrot cake, cupcakes. We had her cupcakes at a family member’s wedding, we are from Pittsburgh, but knew we had to have Her cupcakes at our wedding! So we had a family member drive all the way to Canton just for her desserts, they are that good! Definitely use Zoe and purple door bakery for any desserts you need!

With less than 24 hour notice they made special order cupcakes, spice cake, for my mom's 89th birthday.....all other bakerys needed a week's notice. They were beautiful & delicious and made my mother's day...thank you & God Bless this small business

I have used Purple door in the past for my youngest two high school graduation cake with their photos on it and it came out great! I had them do a baby shower cake. Zoe is very talented and always strive to exceed your expectations and meet your request! She is the only one that carves cakes which the other cake place in Stark County does not. I needed a cake that looked like the Hobbit house and she nailed it!!!!

Zoe has been making my daughter’s birthday cakes for the last two years and she’s nailed it both times. Her customer service is impeccable and prices are very fair for the quality you get. She has a huge list of flavors to choose from and it’s clear her ingredients are of high quality.

For our wedding, we really wanted to use small businesses! We went to a bridal show in Akron just to look around and we came upon Purple Door bakery. We were in love with the samples. We loved it so much we had her do both my bridal shower and our wedding cake! People could not stop talking about how amazing the cake looked and tasted!!There are so many flavor combinations and different ideas you can use to create the perfect cake! My bridal shower was Mamma Mia themed and the cake could not of turned out better. I could not stop eating it!! For our wedding we did a smaller main cake with sheet cakes in the back… our guest ate just about all of it!! We got so many compliments on this and we are so excited to use Purple Door for all of our big occasions!! Thank you for being a special part of our big day!!

We inquired by phone whether or not Purple Door bakes pies for public sale. The owner was gracious, kind, and upbeat when responding. No pies but I will most definitely go there when we need other types of baked goods.
