Zoe has been making my daughter’s birthday cakes for the last two years and she’s nailed it both times. Her customer service is impeccable and prices are very fair for the quality you get. She has a huge list of flavors to choose from and it’s clear her ingredients are of high quality.

The cupcakes are fantastic. I called looking for last minute order that I needed the next day. Zoe said no problem and had them to me by mid day the next day. Everyone loved them!!

For our wedding, we really wanted to use small businesses! We went to a bridal show in Akron just to look around and we came upon Purple Door bakery. We were in love with the samples. We loved it so much we had her do both my bridal shower and our wedding cake! People could not stop talking about how amazing the cake looked and tasted!!There are so many flavor combinations and different ideas you can use to create the perfect cake! My bridal shower was Mamma Mia themed and the cake could not of turned out better. I could not stop eating it!! For our wedding we did a smaller main cake with sheet cakes in the back… our guest ate just about all of it!! We got so many compliments on this and we are so excited to use Purple Door for all of our big occasions!! Thank you for being a special part of our big day!!

We inquired by phone whether or not Purple Door bakes pies for public sale. The owner was gracious, kind, and upbeat when responding. No pies but I will most definitely go there when we need other types of baked goods.

Is this business still open because the directions will take you Trinity Gospel Church on W. Tuscarawas where all the doors are locked. I was told they were the only place to buy gluten free cakes. It appears that the last post on FB was in 2022. The star is because it won't post without one.

Zoe was a breeze to work with, I reached out asking about safe-for-celiac Gluten Free options and she was eager to share that she is very careful and considers cross-contamination in her kitchen. I ordered a beautiful vanilla cake with raspberry filling and a specially requested lemon whipped cream icing and she NAILED IT. It was the hit of the birthday party, some guests even had two pieces! We will DEFINITELY be ordering from Zoe in the future!! Highly recommend. Only thing I am bummed about is that I forgot to take a photo of the beautiful cake.

We had our Wedding cake and cookies from Purple door Bakery. We are Vegan and OMG it was sooooo good! Zoe was amazing at working with us and she is very reasonable. The cake and cookies turned our beautiful! Plus the taste was so amazing I would want to live off the cake.

Bought a cake for husbands 60 Birthday, wanted a Stihl chainsaw on it. It turned out GREAT! Zoe is the cake Queen. She is very professional and friendly. Will order from The Purple Door again
