First thing you could try is firing makayla. She is the rudest little thing you have working there and always gets the order wrong. If she doesn't care about her job, the customer or herself... it's time to find a different job! I do not recommend this rallys to anyone. go to the one up on Cleveland for much better food and service. I don't know how the dump on tusc is still open. keep employees like makayla and you won't be for much longer!

Shift was switching over and had to wait 5 mins to order. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff was upfront about the wait. Fries were the best I ever had. Fast service and customer service was great! Late evening it was just a great experience. Forward communication and good customer service! The staff was dressed properly and the place looked clean. It's a good place to grab a meal reasonably priced.
Parking: Fish sandwich was good.

I am from the small town of Minerva, Ohio and where we come from we do not have a rally's, but when I came here to pick up my dinner after work before taking it to my family I was relieved to know that the staff was kind and outstanding and getting my order prepared and a quickness and everything was correct. I have had hiccups with fast food restaurants so not really knowing what rally's was before coming to this establishment. But the good news is, that I will be returning! Please give your staff a big thanks for me and my wife. Our kids enjoyed the Brisket Melt!!!

It was a pretty chill day after daydreaming about how cool a triple cart wheel would look like when I showed up to get me a burber when this guys aura caught my attention, this young man named Alejandro started mogging me while I was waiting in line. What a fine young man the way he took my order tremendous service he basically read my mind even down to the triple cart wheel that so happened to be something he could pull off! I 100% would recommend and come again!
