I placed an online order. I’ve been here for almost 20 minuets when we ordered an appetizer and let them know I was there 20 minutes prior. Will never be back here.

My family members are big Red Lobster fans, and we hope to see this restaurant chain succeed, but we had a terrible experience there for dinner on Saturday night. Not overly busy but terribly understaffed. They sat us in the bar area, and we waited over 30 minutes to order and then longer to get our drinks. Waited almost 2 hours before our food came. I am very empathetic to places being short-staffed, but no one seemed to know or care that we were there. When we complained, the manager did apologize and discounted our food, so kudos to him for that. But it was a long and frustrating evening. Sadly, I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would, no actually I think I’d take stars away. My husband took me and my kid to dinner for my birthday. Our food was terrible, nobody was even there it was just our family. The worst part of all our server walked away and I heard him say I had butthole breath. If you think that’s bad when we were walking out my 2 year old son tripped and fell and the same server laughed so hard they snorted. Incredibly rude!!!!

Where do I start ? I'll paint the picture for you. We walked in and there was nobody there on what I thought to be a busy Saturday night. There was maybe 5 people and they were all crowed in the same small area dark and damp area. It looked like a church basement. I should have left when I realized the hostess was also the bartender and server. Mosh likely was the cook as well and maybe washed the dishes. The man was very nice though but the lobster necklace was a bit sketchy. I order the admirals feast. More like the admirals nut sack cause the food looks like a breaded testical. The claims was like the slinky hands you got out other the vending machine for a quarter. The shrimp was as you could see gross ! Do not get me started on the flounder ! This place was not disabled people friendly. I have a wooden leg and they told me to take it off and leave it by the lobster tank because a small child started crying when they seen it. I didn't even have a leg to stand on ! I had to hobble over to the table. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I thought I would have to poop in a ditch. Stay away !

Very upsetting experience, I had made a reservation online for valentine’s day. we go in at the time of reservation, and say i have a reservation, i then get a response of “well our kitchen is backed up so we can’t seat for another hour, so No” i’m not the type to leave reviews but that was so rude and it would have been nice to have some sort of heads up especially for a day like valentine’s day where everything is on a wait.

If you are seated in the back of the restaurant good luck with your server. Twice our group of 4 was seated in this area and the service was definitely sub-par. The food is always hot and delicious once you get your order.

If you’re hungry for seafood, I wouldn’t go to this location. The service is slow. Our dinner wasn’t hot when it came out. The crab was cold and rubbery. The waiter argued with me on why I wanted/needed my food remade. The Restaurant and Bathrooms are clean.

Red lobster is a restaurant that charges prices like a top tier restaurant. It was 170$ for my date and I. But the service, food and atmosphere they provide is that of ponderosa or Applebees. The servers are mediocre at best. The decor and lighting and spacing are not up to 40$ per plate standards. And honestly the food is just ok. They messed up our order in more than one way and we waited for over an hour for it. It's just not up to the standard of what you pay. I'm pretty much done with any of these chain restaurants. They've gone way downhill

It was me and one other person in the restaurant.The whole time I was there. the waiter was always in a rush like he didn't have time to wait on me. And it took forever to get food.

We spent all day at a cheerleading competition, and were starving by the time we made it to red lobster to eat! On a Saturday night, we were seated quickly with a total sweet heart for a server. Our food was amazing and we were all really pleased with our dishes! My steak especially was cooked to perfection!
