Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

So I got a ToGo delivery order and got the $12.99 Queso Fundido and the dip came in a tiny 2oz cup. Definitely not worth the price!!

The simply chicken sandwich used to be delicious and juicy BUT now it’s thinner, dry and stringy. Dr Pepper was flat. Poor quality and now $4.00 more. Fries were cold.

Haven't been to red robin in yrs. We decided to go cause a good burger sounded good. Food came out wrong, my food was cold by the time we got silverware, burgers were overcooked, I asked for a second round of the side salad and never received it. Spent 50.00 for a bad experience. Never again.

This visit left something to be desired. They did comp my meal after a few mess ups and a very long wait. Staff was kind and very apologetic

We used to love this location the food was always great and service was up to par as well. We visited a few times within the year and each time the food and service quality slowly tanked each visit. Today was the worst so far...the fries were ice cold, something was seriously off with the Coke, and they forgot to put in my husband's order in so he didn't even get to enjoy his meal with us, but that's not even icing on the cake. They charged us for it TWICE!!! A twenty dollar burger...you can get a steak for that. I called in to let them know and nothing was done but a cold we'll reimburse you, no offer to make up for the inconvenience, no apologies, nothing. A one hundred and twenty dollar burger outing with bad service and terrible food.

There is not one good thing to say about our experience here on Sunday. Only one couple ahead of us and we waited 10 minutes to be seated. No host in site! Another half hour + to get 4 cold hamburgers and cold french fries. The pop machine didn’t even work well. Flat sodas. Not to mention the fact that it’s expensive. Period!

Tried after a 5+ year hiatus. Terrible choice. Sat at the bar... incredibly dirty, stains on wall, tv, sticky everything. Bar tender disappeared after ordering for 35min. Bottomless fries only a value if you can re order. No, not interested in another beer at the end of my meal while I sat with an empty glass for 15+ min. Forgot items asked for. Entertainment was listening to the serving staff complain to the drink staff about the customers. Zero professionalism... will NEVER return. $60 for 2 ppl for burgers is insane.

I’ll eat anything and consider even a poor meal just one of the rest of my life.

I remember much better from this chain the couple of other visits at another location but apparently a lot has changed.

The burger had every bit of juice and flavor cooked out of it, and it almost crumbled as I chewed. The bun was actually cold, not like room temperature, but cold and hard, like it had just been defrosted. The tomatoes were nearly green, and I’ve had better lettuce on many a fast food meal. The 4 cheeses burger had some burnt cheese thing topping it. Maybe just not my thing and I was able to take it off the rest of the unmelted cheese fairly easily. At almost $18 for the sandwich I expected better. Even mediocre would have been okay. Not the mention the $3 charge to have soggy, super saturated, oily fries with it. $21 for an almost inedible burger and fries.

My wife’s sweet potato fries were so overcooked most were inedible. She did enjoy her chicken sandwich but it was 2pm and the first thing she had eaten for the day so I’m still suspect if her feedback.

The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the place was very apparently lacking as well with dirty windows, dusty ledges, broken restroom doors, missing floor tiles. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen must look like if the guest area is not maintained.

Our server did her job, especially given what she was working with.

I’m not one to complain, I just vote with my dollars and will never return.

We had remberd this being much better. My sweet potatoes fries were all hard. My chicken sandwich was good, y husbang got a burger for $17 dollars and the fries were not included? We will not go back very disappointed!

Me and my husband just went for an early valentines date because we both work this evening. We decided to go with their lovebird combo. Unfortunately the burger I chose was not part of the promotion but they offered to add to it. They did get my burger wrong but quickly realized the mistake before I did and fixed it after apologizing. They didn't give me garlic fries and that's what I ordered but it didn't bother me that bad. They had to manually give us the discount for our order so it didn't come out how it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be 35 we paid 54. They only took off our drinks for the promotion. Still had a good time and staff was nice. No wait time

I would go just for the Onion rings with the campfire sauce!

Isabella was amazingly nice and attentive. The Whiskey BBQ was delicious, and the onion crips added a good crunch to the juicy burger.
