Stopped in for dinner with family since there wasn't a wait to be seated here. We were seated right away then we didn't see anyone for a while. As I was sitting there I started to feel something dripping on my head. There was a pipe right above me dripping right on me and the table. I slid over so I didn't keep getting wet, but the waitress didn't even acknowledge the issue. We waited quite a while for our order to be taken. A waitress at one point dropped off a refill of fries that weren't ours. We told her we hadn't ordered yet but she said to keep them. We finally got our food after a long wait. We ordered refills on our sides right away but it took so long to get them that we were done eating before they brought them out. Not a good experience overall as it wasn't even busy. Everything took entirely too long. There were dirty plates sitting on many tables and at the bar. One person literally had to slide dirty plates down the bar so they could sit down where they were seated. The dirty plates were still sitting there when their food came out. There were a lot of people working so that can't be an excuse.

Dirty glass had to ask people other than our waiter for straws, napkins, and silverware. Order was wrong and waiter didn't stop back on our table until after we paid the check. All this while the place was practically empty. I guess this explains why it's empty during lunch hour.

Been here a few time but this was the best experience in a restaurant in a long time. We had Kayla as a server and she was absolutely fantastic. I got the burger with BBQ sauce and mayo and I never had mayo on that kind of burger and she was like you'll love it. She was right. She brought refills with out asking. She was just a sweetheart.

If you are in the area and never been here stop in ask for Kayla and you won't be disappointed. Recommend 10/10 for sure

Food was good. Very enjoyable. Grandma ordered coffee….didnt get coffee until after she was done eating. And when they gave us the receipt she put down that 3 people were at the table. We had four but it turns out when she gave us the receipt our grandpa disappeared 😨. Now i miss him. I need her to change it to 4 people at the table instead of 3. Also 9 dollar beer is crazy. Inflation sucks

Red robin at the strip in canton. Horrible !!!!! From the time we walked in. The guy greeting at the door couldn't even speak. No hello. How are you today. Only ..how many. That's all he said. Service horrible. Took forever. She didn't bring all our food. Forgot it. So much was wrong with this experience. Would never go again. And it was a Thursday. During the day. Not crowded
