But to wait 20 minutes for a table of 2, only to quickly seat us, take our order, then our server never returned. 32$ for a 5 year old and myself and I'm supposed to leave 15% tip according to the tablet I pay on. For what? I could've did the work myself, refilled our drinks, and been on my merry way for half that.

As always great food, plenty left to be desired with the service. Bottomless fries is a great idea if the waiter would even check on the table after the food is dropped. Everyone ate, waited on fries and drink refills and checked out on the little tablet without them,had to ask a different employee for a to go box.

I would have rated zero if it were an option. I ordered mac and cheese for my son with a side of carrots, but the carrots were sticky, smelly, and rotten. It's concerning that they don't check their food before serving, and I worry about the freshness of their other items. This lack of hygiene puts children's health at risk. Despite the unpleasant experience, I paid the bill without causing a scene since I was with my kids. It's disappointing that the management allows such standards to persist.

I ordered a carry out of fish and more. Returned home with no tartar sauce in the bag. One piece of fish wasn't fully cooked. Called and spoke with a male manager. He informed me he would send me a coupon, for the mishap. I month later, no coupon.

Made us wait 45 minutes to sit because they didn't want to open a section they had closed down. Was blinded by the setting sun while eating, when we were done they decided to close the blinds. Our server was good, management needs to do better. We love going here but this visit left is feeling not entertained. Plus we had to change our plans for after eating because it took so much longer than it should.
