I hate to leave such a bad review but… I was serving jury duty and the judge had recommended a couple of places for us to go to lunch. We selected Samantha’s. There was a group of 7 of us. I ordered the quesadilla with grilled chicken. Others ordered sandwiches and salads. Every person in the party was disappointed with the exception of the person who ordered a salad. The salad was huge and she loved it. My quesadilla was full of cheese and vegetables but the chicken was very low quality. It tasted like the frozen chicken fajita strips that have pretend BBQ stripes in them. I would love to say they were flavorless because that would have been better than the flavor I experienced. Arghhh. I left 3/4 of the food on the plate. I saw others discarding their leftovers as well. After we returned and the next day the jurors made their thought known to the judge and told him not to recommend Samantha’s to future jurors.

This Samantha's is way better than the Louisville location !!!!! My wife and I went to the downtown location, and it was wonderful. The staff was very polite and greeted us pretty quickly even though they got busy. The food was on point . We had a great time and the inside was so beautiful. However, last year at the Louisville location, I got a stuffed pepper and mashed potatoes, and they just dumped red sauce on all of it, and it tasted just like it came from the jar. The server was in the back for at least 20 minutes. It was horrible service there and smelled awful.
