Tim was fantastic throughout the wedding planning process. He answered all of my (many) emails in a timely manner and was just an extremely reliable vendor. To start, I had called months in advance knowing what I wanted to have them cater for my wedding and they had told me that they would get back in touch to finalize everything the month prior to the event. The week before the event I still did not have anyone contact me. I had then decided that it was better to just start an email thread with them since that seemed like the only way I was going to get an answer. I went and paid for everything with a check which was a preferred method of payment they wanted the day before the event and upon arrival the one lady almost seemed irritated with me, come to find out there were 2 customers with the same name and they were having trouble with the other with payment. The day of the event they had arrived in a timely manner and most of the food was at least a 4 star. The staff though was rude to some family members and when it came to cake cutting which is what santangelos provides they shoved cookies off of cookie trays and mixed them so they could "chop" the cake, family paid big bucks for and throw it on the table with attitude. In my opinion I feel as if they did not deserve the extra tip I paid and I would have probably chose a different caterer. I don't appreciate hearing my family telling me a service was rude on a day that is supposed to be special for my husband and I.

Santangelos catered our wedding and a breakfast we hosted sunday morning. The food was phenomenal and everybody complimented it. We shopped around for caterers in the area. The prices were the best around and we did not feel quality was sacrificed at all. The food options and ease of compiling a menu made the process very simple. Communication from everybody was great and all of the staff were great. We wouldn’t have wanted anybody else for our wedding.

From the first meet with Tim to the fantastic sit down table service set up to the food, Tim and his team were top notch. We created the menu before hand and handed it to Tim and he said “no problem”. We cannot say enough about everything. When the food was laid in front of us we both smiled because the presentation was perfect. When we took the first bite a sense of relief set over us and we knew the night would be perfect. It’s been almost a month since the wedding and we are still getting compliments on how wonderful the food was. If you are in need of a caterer look no further. From the time we booked a sample tasting to the final days leading up to the event, these folks were easy to communicate with, responsive to emails and phones calls, professional and the food was great! Best part they work with other local vendors in the area and were able to help us with more than just our catering. 10/10 would recommend and use again for future catering needs!

Food was great, they cooked the steaks right in the parking lot prior to the reception. Very kind and hard working staff. They had all our plated dinners out in 20 minutes. Truly amazing and highly recommend for any event!!
