i’ve always loved sabarro. the new york style pizza is my favorite and when there is a sabarro in the area, i’m quick to decide that’s where i will be getting my mall. i went to this location for the second time today. my boyfriend and i are not from the area. both times we’ve gone, despite being a couple months apart, we had the same young man up front. i don’t know if maybe he happened to be having a bad day both times we went, but the lack of enthusiasm/unwelcoming attitude is enough to make me not want to go back. i truthfully can’t begin to explain it other than total rudeness and lack of respect to customers. i’ve worked in customer service long enough to know it’s not always the most exciting thing, and can get irritating. however, this is NOT how you act towards customers that have done nothing other than order our food, pay, and go. i’m not posting this with the intention of getting him in trouble but if customers can visibly tell you hate your job, i think that’s a sign to get a new one.

Food was ok, they re heat the pizza after it's been sitting in the warming rack. Good bit of options to choose from, pizza, salad, pasta and other things. Recommended.

Undercooked pizza and when we called about it, it took 8 times for them to answer and when they did they were very rude, the only thing that was edible was the bread sticks but they were over seasoned

Always enjoy Sbarro! Love NY style pizza. My only complaint is that I was wanting there pasta salad, its my fave, but of all nights they were out! Maybe next time ....
