Employees were clueless and mismanaged when food was told about being over cooked Nikki I'm assuming who was the Manger started an argument with my wife then cursed while children were present in line then threatened to refund our money so I said please do then she proceeds to curse more and tell us never to come back again. That's fine my family will never eat there again. A family member had the same type of experience recently in the past. I'm usually a passive person and never call or report I usually just say let's go but this lady would not let it go and ran her mouth as we walked across the mall and out the door Nikki is a problem. Belden village mall needs to close this location

Worst customer service ever! I work in the mall and I literally could not get waited on a spent half of my break waiting to get my food once they finally decided to give it to me!

There is an older lady that works here who is rude to the MAX. I ordered a drink and only had a little ice in it. So I asked for a separate cup with ice. She gave me four pieces of ice ? and I asked for more ice she only added two ice cubes. Thennnn she gave me my pizza that barely had sauce. I asked for pepperoni and she gave me cheese twice. She asked for my payment So I just politely left the food, the drink and 4 ice cubes plus the 2 ice cubes she added at the counter.

The short staffed Sbarro's still put out 2 awesome pies. every time a go to this Sbarro's it's the same 2 woman running their asses off.
