Absolutely Amazing Meal
The fish, cabbage, macaroni, and cheese were phenomenal. Every bite was full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with care. The fish was crispy and seasoned just right, the cabbage was rich and savory, and the macaroni and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and comforting in the best way.
This wasn’t just food. It was a real, home style, soul warming meal that hits you with quality and flavor from start to finish. You can tell pride was put into this plate.

First and last time ordering food here. Ordered catfish nuggets and all I got was batter. Don’t waste your money here complete ripoff. Mac and cheese was ok. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I had chicken wings dings, fried okra, and macaroni & cheese. The wings were fried a little too hard, the okra and mac&cheese were very good. I also had the banana pudding cake. The banana pudding was great!, and could stand on it's own without the cake. Sell that Banana Pudding!

Good food high prices though, should be whole wings for the price. Most places at those prices serve whole wings. Please stop using styrofoam containers they are toxic when heated and melts to food, line it with heavy foil.
I asked for the five wing dinner. I got wingettes and these fries. Idk. Taste like Chinese restaurant chicken and I’m not a fan of the fries. My son and I fed them to the birds, that was fun. This was 16 dollars. The family is nice though.

I received my food as a doordash order, so I can't really speak on service and atmosphere. I ordered a whiting dinner with fried cabbage and okra, and a wing dinner with green beans and potato salad. The portion sizes were great, and everything was perfectly cooked. It just lacked a bit on the seasoning. The chicken wings could have used a little extra salt and maybe garlic. The okra was the perfect texture, but not flavorful enough. The whiting was very good. I almost didn't order the potato salad because I'm funny about other people's potato salad. It, too, was very good. It just didn't have enough potatoes. Everything all said and done, I might not eat here again, but I wouldn't discourage anyone else from trying. My issues are due to personal flavor preference and nothing else.
