Walked in a couple days ago to order lunch. The cashier was arguing with the guest in front of us who had ordered wings, paid for wings and then was told there were no wings, and unfortunately couldn’t give them their money back. Slim chickens stole their money. I asked for a manager to process a refund for them, which would be logical. The cashier said he was the manager…well then a manager would know how to process a refund right? Said manager was simply being obstinate. We left. If that’s how they treat their customers, we’ll never return

started going there for there fried mushrooms, the last few times that I ordered them, the amount of mushrooms is getting smaller. Last time they were oil soaked and soggy.

although the food itself is good, everytime i go here something is always messed up. i’ve been going ever since the opened, and im always short ATLEAST one tender. the tenders themselves are sooo small. the size of my pinky. i just went and was short two tenders (on a 4pc) and they gave me the wrong sauces, and the sweet tea they gave me was literally water. i will not be returning.
25 minute wait as the only car in line for one buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken was not even warm.

my friend and I like coming here for the food because of the quality and taste of it but some of the workers will look at us and just pass by without helping us when we first walk in to order because they tend to usually hangout somewhere in the back. after we got our food i had to go to the bathroom and i was outside the door waiting for about 5 minutes which is normal for a woman’s bathroom and when the person came out i found out it was a worker and she apologized for taking so long because she didn’t realize there was anyone there and i said she was fine but then when i walked into the bathroom there was an overwhelming scent of weed and the woman’s bathroom was completely clouded with smoke from what i can only assume was some sort of dab/weed pen. there was also a guy who came in after us today who was waiting at the counter to get his order taken for a few minutes and when my friend went in to get a box they both waited for about another 5 minutes until the guy left without even ordering and without anyone even acknowledging they were there. my friend got her box and then we left.

My friend ordered me the cheesecake jars to cheer me up and not only were they quite possibly the cutest dessert I've ever seen they were really good! My toddler who tends to be picky with unfamiliar sweets also really enjoyed them. 10/10

It took 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches? We are talking Sunday 8/18/24 at 3pm… not another customer in sight, they ask me to pull up, I end up calling to ask if they forgot about me in the drive thru. Don’t waste your time or your money. This location obviously won’t last.
