Party of 9. Our waiter, Johnny, took great care of us - alcohol, appetizers, explaining specials and menu items, refilling beverages. Everyone got there requested entrees and sides with no mistakes. The owner stopped by our table (and many others). We were all happy with the quality of our foods. SUPERB!

Sparta is one of our favorite places to eat! The food has always been delicious, and the drinks have been top notch! Nicole has become the best part of our evenings here. Very easy-going atmosphere.

First time eating here and I will be back. I love non-chain restaurants. Food was cooked to perfection. I had a petite filet and my wife had crab cakes. Waiter waited for me to cut steak to make sure meat was cooked correctly.

Ordered two med well large strips came out bloody all over both dinners sent back came back the same !!! You can honestly get a steak.at Walmart cook on your grill better than that no seasoning just not an appetizing meal. This was our first time going here. I was so excited because of all the nice reviews it had. I’m just not understanding how it got those reviews after sending food back and it not corrected I didn’t feel the need to ask for a manager because our server should’ve went and got a manager after all of that Not to mention the young server needs trained all over again sat for 30 minutes when food was taking away waiting on bill mind you this was a Monday Was not busy at all. I finally took my bill up to the bartender to take care of. I love to support local restaurants, family owned restaurants. I just can’t get behind this place and wanted to leave an honest review about the experience I had. Lesson learned 110 bucks my dogs will be happy so hey not a complaint loss 😂

All around great time. Good food, drinks, and staff. Steaks done as ordered Brussel sprouts with bacon were awesome. Had a smoked old fashion wife had chocolate martini, friend had a blueberry mule. Nicole was fantastic.
