I asked to have one of their signature iced coffees hot and they charged me an extra $1.50 which made the coffee like $6.50. I really couldn't justify the price. It's not worth it. My Nespresso is definitely better.

If you're encountering Starbucks for the first time, you've probably just returned from a very long trip in the remote desert or distant mountains. Either way, I recommend getting one of their Refreshers and sitting down with a good book.

We stopped in the store on Friday night Halloween weekend. I escorted 10 teens in after visiting the haunted houses. They are a good bunch of kids and we're excited to go to Starbucks. The girls working were very rude. Thriller was playing so of of my girls danced (in place) but slipped on the floor so they laughed. The music suddenly was shut off. Then one of the worker came over and said, " You will have to keep it down. We have other customers trying to enjoy themselves and she (pointing to an employee) is trying to study." First of all, there may have been one other customer in the store. Second of all...study at home and do your job. This IS a public place on a Friday night. Not a library. We said nothing and did quiet down some but continued to receive glares so we left. They were all just rude. I won't be back.

This is the third time we’ve been in line for the grilled cheese after stopping The night before, after specifically being told by the employees that truck was coming so we come the next day in line and they’re already sold out, which makes no sense because it’s truck day and it’s just a grilled cheese sandwich. Lady at service window was completely rude, and didn’t even say a word to us, besides handing us our drinks, and telling us the amount of money, this was the worst experience I have ever had and I am telling all of my friends and family never support this location again you lost a big Customer
I'm a black apron trained coffee master at Starbucks years ago. The service and the general knowledge of coffee or espresso is nonexistent... asked when peaberry coffee might be arriving and they looked like deer in headlights.. thought OK no worries my drink would make up for the lack of knowledge and nope... simple triple venti non fat no whip 140 degree mocha and it was terrible... tasted like chocolate watered down coffee... I love and respect Starbucks and truly hope thatthey can recover in the stores and return the passion that once existed there.

Placed a mobile order and my drink was ready in about 10 minutes, which it was busy (both in store and drive through). It’s connected to blaze pizza and in its only little section not directly open to other stores.The store was clean, bathroom was clean, but the bathroom was out of soap. My drink was good, pretty average tasting. I’d go back.
