Amazing customer service at both the speaker and window. Super friendly and good upsell offer.
It is a chain store and people say price is high, but the workers here, more than make up for those Criticisms. The workers at this location are always uplifting, funny and efficient. They really make an attempt to get to know you and make your experience a great one. I go out of my way to visit this location on Fulton road in Jackson township if I’m going to go to Starbucks. Keep up the good work everyone!
I recommend starbucks but this location has poor management. when you dont have it posted that your hours have temporarily changed you dont let customers set in line up until you are closing then tell them when they get to the intercom, how low! We sat in line for 15 minutes. Proper thing to do is an employee go out with a "I'm sorry we will be closing in 5 min and it give us a heads up where you can get out of line and leave. Do a better job Please!
