Had the pleasure of being served in the drive through by Koa. Typically the drive thru is impersonal and quick. While it was definitely quick they made it extremely personable. Helping me with my coffee order, asking how my day was, and just being general chatty while still being speedy. I don’t typically enjoy spending $7 on a coffe but Koa made me want to come back just for the conversation.

Zero excuse to repeatedly Not Provide Napkins on any order with food coming through the Drive through. I'm weary of having to ask and check each time so no longer will Tip even excellent service if this does not become automatic. Consistent issue at most locations. Common sense and courtesy to provide Napkins especially when eating will be taking place in a car. Good grief🤦🏼♀️

Just left the drive thru and they completely messed my drink up. The fact that I just got home to find this out and their website doesn't even give a number to call. Highly disappointed in them considering they were not busy and it's a very simple drink to make

Shout out to the morning drive thru guy. I’m not sure his name. I stop around 4-5 am some days and he is always sure nice and welcoming. It hard to find some kindness In people these days so I appreciate this so much. Great job belden Starbuck. They always have my order accurate and friendly service here all the way.

Go here about every morning around 8:30am and every time I order, my drink is messed up in some sort of way… never had this problem at this location. Then when the man has them re make it he gives me an attitude like I’m the one who messaged up my order when it was made wrong. Then it’s always made wrong a second time.. I’m over this location and the men working the drive thru.

No point in paying an extra $1 for strawberry açaí base in my green tea when they add like 1tsp They do this everytime, spilled my drink out because it just tastes like watered down green tea👎🏻 Waste of money
