TERRIBLE!!!!! Has ZERO customer service! Came in with a gift card that I wasn’t even able to use since they have no real people working anymore. Had one person FINALLY acknowledge my existence and said sorry since you had 2 gift cards and one went fine but your other didn’t there is nothing she could do. And sorry but that’s COMPLETE BS!! If there is an issue with your machine then that is a you problem and you need to FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! Will NEVER COME BACK UNTIL I CAN USE THAT CARD THEN WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! ENJOY YOUR EMPTY DINING ROOM AND UNEMPLOYMENT WHEN YOU INEVITABLY CLOSE DUE TO YOUR SEVERE LACK OF BUSINESS SKILLS AND OUTSOURCING!!! This is now basically a take out burger joint,no inside service,order on kiosk,pickup your tray at counter and throw your own trash away,Just not what it used to be it's like they're still living in COVID mode. Burgers are still good though!

Food is ok, but they never seem to season the meat like some other SteakNShake restaurant ls do and Let me tell you, it makes a difference. Also the bathrooms are almost always dirty which does make me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. But the staff is usually nice and the service is mostly fast.
Food was good but my god was the place freaking dirty!!!! We were there right when they opened. We had to wipe down the booth we sat in. I wish I took a picture of the wipes we used because some spots on the table and bench were literally black!! 🤢🤢 First and last time I'll be dining in at this establishment.

Restrooms were horrible!!! Honestly looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days. Dining area was ok being as it was a saturday evening. Food was good as usual and the few people we saw were nice.

I was so extremely disappointed when I walked in and had to order on a kiosk, get my own drink and seat myself. I use to love this place, but when I go out to eat I like having someone serve me. It just felt so dead compared to what it used to be. I will never go back. I still like human interaction.
