Food is ok, but they never seem to season the meat like some other SteakNShake restaurant ls do and Let me tell you, it makes a difference. Also the bathrooms are almost always dirty which does make me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. But the staff is usually nice and the service is mostly fast.

Food was good but my god was the place freaking dirty!!!! We were there right when they opened. We had to wipe down the booth we sat in. I wish I took a picture of the wipes we used because some spots on the table and bench were literally black!! 🤢🤢 First and last time I'll be dining in at this establishment.

Restrooms were horrible!!! Honestly looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days. Dining area was ok being as it was a saturday evening. Food was good as usual and the few people we saw were nice.

I was so extremely disappointed when I walked in and had to order on a kiosk, get my own drink and seat myself. I use to love this place, but when I go out to eat I like having someone serve me. It just felt so dead compared to what it used to be. I will never go back. I still like human interaction.

Stopped by today for lunch. I saw the new peppermint chocolate chip shake and asked if it was gluten free. The drive thru girl tells me that nothing they have is gluten free. Clearly that is not accurate. I didn't get the shake but ordered my usual. Please educate your drive thru people and waitresses. You might have lost business if I didn't come there often. BTW, is you peppermint chocolate chip shake gluten free?

Ordered 4 burgers through the drive through. The 2 bacon burgers had no bacon and the garlic burger had no garlic. Only 1 burger was made correctly. Won't be coming back

This girl needs a raise I'll say it over and over again this woman helped me found my lost car key and went through the trash to find it helped us look in the seats under the seats britney you don't know how much helped us get our little girl home thank you again again you need a raise your absolutely amazing your customers service is through the roof you'll be the reason I come back GET THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!!

I placed a pickup order. Not only can you not pick it up through the drive thru, but the girl working was really rude when she told me I had to come in and pick up the order. Interrupted me and had an attitude.
