The Frisco melt is my absolute favorite meal... pair this with any one of their dozen+ milkshakes and you have a small slice of heaven. If your not fond of the self order machines be sure to swing through the drive thru

Haven't had steak n shake in a few years service was good though. Forgot how hard it is to dip n eat the fries but they're always good. Burger took me by surprise it was amazing! Got a milkshake as well it's nice they give the wider straw and the shake was worth the $5.

The manager guy was really nice. But as far as service? What service??? You have to order it yourself and they dont take cash unless you write down the order and they ring it up at drive thru. They stick it on the counter and walk away. But still ask for a tip. Lol. The inside looks the same as it was. But really sad. It's super empty.... I'll be surprised if they make it to June. Corporate really screwed up a fun affordable family place to eat....

This place has become complete garbage. It is truly a shell of what it was years ago. Go to a different burger place, this one is not it.
The food tastes good, but the experience is really ruined by both the lack of cleanliness and the employees that treat you like you’re the problem when they make a mistake. Tonight we were the only ones in the dining room, my daughter’s burger had both onions and ketchup on it which we’d ordered to leave off, and no it wasn’t mixed up with one of our other burgers, and the employee huffed at me and asked me if she had to remake the whole thing. Um…. Kind of, yeah. My daughter doesn’t like ketchup and the ketchup is slathered all over it. She said she’d have to ask her manager. It was very odd and in the end I was left standing there, and then just sat back down, not even sure if I was getting a new burger for my daughter or not. Although we’ve enjoyed coming here occasionally, it’s getting to the point with the lack of cleanliness and the poor employee interaction that I don’t know how much more we’ll keep coming. Pictured here is the absolutely digesting toilet that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in weeks.

This was the worst dining experience I've had possibly ever I don't know how you screw up fries so bad but both me and my wife were immediately ill after eating here don't eat here it's disgusting.
