The person named Lori working today was extremely rude to me. She said no public restrooms. I asked if I buy something if I can use it. She ignored me I had to ask 3 times. She kept saying get behind this man then I’ll help you. Well I don’t want to get in line and not be able to use the restroom. The bmv didn’t have a bathroom. Lori. You’re rude. Maybe a smile sometimes and a kind word would do good. You never know someone’s struggles. Hope whatever you’re going through gets better. Sheesh.

Subway, does it again. Cancels my order right when i'm going to pick it up. I get to the restaurant the door is locked st 3:40 PM There's an older lady with glasses sitting talking to a younger associate. Not looking at the door. I would imagine this Subway must be the same owner as the one on Lincoln way, where a similar thing happened a few months back. Thank you for screwing up my family's evening. As we're very involved with our kids activities and that was our dinner. I had two orders to pick up one that I put in and one that my wife put in. One time shame on you. Two times shame on me.

They close at random times daily. Today at 2pm I made a mobile order, it took my money, and when I went to pick it up they were closed.

If I could give 0 stars it would that I went inside of subway today at 3:40pm 2/29/24 waited on 3 customer ahead of me to finally get to the counter and be told they was closed after waiting for over 20 mins very unprofessional and needs better management and customer service the girl told me she was closing at 4 when it specifically says 7 on the door and the website never going here again!!!

I pulled up at 2:30pm and the sign said closed even though I saw workers in back talking and the doors says open till 9pm. Why would you just close your business in the middle of the day like that. I waited 20min and still no one opened the door. Very unprofessional.

I walk in to get a sub and I am the only person in the place and the worker looks out from behind the wall, comes out and asks if I have an online order, I said no I do not. She then says “ok I have a few orders before you.” “They make us work the online orders first.” I left. In my opinion that is terrible business. My sub should’ve been taken care of since I made the effort to come in. If all subways are doing this I will stop going to subway. Morals before money!

Walked I. To get a sub and ask to use the restroom before ordering. I was told they didn't have "public restrooms" . I told her I was getting food and she let me use it. This is the only subway that I had to ask permission to use a restroom or be let into it like a child. There is a sheetz and a bell store 300 yards away . Why would anyone pull into a plaza and go into a subway just to use the bathroom. A person could go to acne food or harbor freight across the street and use the restroom and not have to ask permission and wait for them to unlock it.
