They close at random times daily. Today at 2pm I made a mobile order, it took my money, and when I went to pick it up they were closed.

If I could give 0 stars it would that I went inside of subway today at 3:40pm 2/29/24 waited on 3 customer ahead of me to finally get to the counter and be told they was closed after waiting for over 20 mins very unprofessional and needs better management and customer service the girl told me she was closing at 4 when it specifically says 7 on the door and the website never going here again!!!

I pulled up at 2:30pm and the sign said closed even though I saw workers in back talking and the doors says open till 9pm. Why would you just close your business in the middle of the day like that. I waited 20min and still no one opened the door. Very unprofessional.

I walk in to get a sub and I am the only person in the place and the worker looks out from behind the wall, comes out and asks if I have an online order, I said no I do not. She then says “ok I have a few orders before you.” “They make us work the online orders first.” I left. In my opinion that is terrible business. My sub should’ve been taken care of since I made the effort to come in. If all subways are doing this I will stop going to subway. Morals before money!

Walked I. To get a sub and ask to use the restroom before ordering. I was told they didn't have "public restrooms" . I told her I was getting food and she let me use it. This is the only subway that I had to ask permission to use a restroom or be let into it like a child. There is a sheetz and a bell store 300 yards away . Why would anyone pull into a plaza and go into a subway just to use the bathroom. A person could go to acne food or harbor freight across the street and use the restroom and not have to ask permission and wait for them to unlock it.

For quite a while I have enjoyed stopping at the Whipple Ave Subway until yesterday. Amy was complaining that she worked at another Subway and was put in this one by her district manager and didn't like it. She seemed disorganized and a young man came in behind me that had a call in order that she said she hadn't even started. After finishing the two women that were ahead of me and after waiting 25 minutes she looked at me and said she had to do the subs for the guy behind me and I left.

Tried ordering through the app, but it was flawed. It would not lemme pay with my card, and that negated my FLBOGO Code (by one getbone free). There was onevlone sandwich tech in the store and he was swamped. Not only that, he hasn't been there very long. But this man, Lee, was doin' his damndestto run the shop like a pro. He volunteered to to call his supervisor to help me out with the sandwich situation, but I told him to not bother. I appreciate Lee. He was going over and beyond to help me out when he was already overworked. If you're a customer of his, #TipHim

Very rude from the start the red haired girl is unprofessional! This is my 2nd time in this subway on whipple and both time’s she has a attitude at every question I ask.She put 2 tiny asa scoops on my steak sub and I asked how much for extra meat because the steak didn’t even go 2 either end of the foot long it was like a 6 inch sub . She didn’t know any price has me looking on the board for a price for extra meat kept saying it’s the 3rd one over with a attitude like she didn’t know anything about her job! Next time I come in there if she has a attitude I’m ordering 30 subs and walking out after she make’s them !! If you don’t like your job find another one super unprofessional!!!
