Are you guys bringing back flatbreads? Because listen… most of us have been ordering the exact same sub for like 15 years. We’re loyal, but we’re not creative. First you took away Swiss cheese, and we said nothing. But now the flatbreads too?! My 5 year old only eats the roll-ups, now we’re just out here… roll-up less and betrayed *cries*

I took a 6.99 coupon in. As I was looking at the veggies, I noticed the lettuce looked gross. It was turning brown and they were using it anyway. After they made my sandwich and I started to pay, I was told that I couldn't use my coupon on the sandwich I had ordered. So, instead of paying 6.99, I had to pay 13.99. On the coupon it didnt specify that it could only be used on certain sandwiches. After discovering Dibella's Subs, I will not go back to Subway again. Not just because of the coupon fiasco, but because Subway has no standard for quality. This has been going on for years, it's time for them to change or go.

If you are going to post hours that you are open until ten then the lights and doors should not be off and locked at 7:30 especially on a weekend.
Every time we come here something is wrong. My wife ordered me a Footlong turkey sub and asked for the mayo on the side. Of course they didn't listen. So I got too much on my sub along with little to none lettuce on my sub but a plethora of baby spinach. Each time we have been to this location something is wrong. Don't understand it!

Came in for a nice quiet early lunch with my wife and was greeted with pure annoyance. The kid making sandwiches was visibly irritated with every topping we requested. He ripped our cheese into pieces as he placed it on our sandwiches and barely spoke at all throughout the entire encounter. Very disappointed with this store as it continues to go downhill.

Grub hubbed my sandwich (it was three toppings one being meat)
Was looking out for my order for my lunch break. Waiting to take my break. Apparently it was delayed & then canceled. Waited an extra hour to take my 30 for no reason & didnt get to get a sandwich I was ready for. I am very irritated. Grub huh refunded me though.

Leadership is incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Their service makes me certain that I will never return. I came to this store because it was recommended after the Portage store closed. My visit was to support my students; if it weren't for them, I wouldn't have followed through with my order. It’s important to be mindful of how you speak to others and treat them, as you never know what blessings you might forfeit.

On March 28, 2025 I placed an order for pick up for a foot long meatball sub and cookies and a drink. When I arrived there was 1 person waiting for her food to be bagged and 1 person that was actively getting there food made. I waited off to the side to allow the workers to finish up and one of them an older woman asked me rudely are you here for an order I said yes for (my name). She huffed and puffed away and a younger girl stated she would start making My order. When she was making my order I stood back because the gentleman was still in the front and I did not need to be there in the way because she knew my order from the receipt. When it came to getting my drink the older woman then looked at my receipt and then said loudly I don’t even know what the “freaking drink is” then asked me rudely is this for a DoorDash I stated “no it’s my own personal order” and then she rudely handed me a cup and pushed me my order WITH NO RECEIPT ATTACHED. Not even a sticker was placed on the meal. When I got home there was only 6 MEATBALLS on the sub I called the restaurant at 7:10 to let them know that I was missing two meatballs from my foot long. I spoke to a girl named “Tori” she apologized and said to come back tomorrow and get a new sub even though I lived 25 minutes away I said okay. The next day I come in I stated that I was suppose to receive a replacement order the manager rudely caught an attitude and said it was subways policy that she could not replace the order without the receipt or without the sub, I said if I would have known that I would have brought it back because I spent my hard earned money on it and I want what I paid for even though it’s wasting my gas because I don’t live close. Tori made no mention on bringing it back she told me to bring the receipt which was not given to me !! I had the online order receipt. I then asked the manager could she review the footage to see my order she said she didn’t have the time even though no other customer was in the store at the time. She was very passive and did not care about how I felt.

We went there, and they ignored us, complained about people coming in, and made us feel as if we were the scum of the earth and we were a bother to them because we were there. We turned around and left and will never go back.

I don’t know who owns this store but you seriously need to get this place in check. Your employees allowed multiple people to walk out (9-10 people to be exact) with NO apology tonight. One of the workers was making bread and staring at it cook while the other did orders. 6 people in line outside. Another 4 in drive thru. We did a pickup!! They lied and said it was ready a 6:25…. Went to pickup and nothing ready. my husband had to wait in line for them to make the food which defeats the purpose of pickup anyway. Over an hour on a pickup order. Who knows how long people waited in lines. If we wanted to wait for sandwiches to be made like that, we would’ve gone out to eat. The whole purpose of this was to save time. We would’ve canceled and got our money back if they didn’t hit finished order. We had no choice but to stay and wait. Not returning.

Person taking orders at this location should not be. Was mumbling, constantly telling me to hold on, and making ordering process insufferable. Ended up driving away without completing my order which is the first time I've ever felt the need to do so.
