We went there, and they ignored us, complained about people coming in, and made us feel as if we were the scum of the earth and we were a bother to them because we were there. We turned around and left and will never go back.

I don’t know who owns this store but you seriously need to get this place in check. Your employees allowed multiple people to walk out (9-10 people to be exact) with NO apology tonight. One of the workers was making bread and staring at it cook while the other did orders. 6 people in line outside. Another 4 in drive thru. We did a pickup!! They lied and said it was ready a 6:25…. Went to pickup and nothing ready. my husband had to wait in line for them to make the food which defeats the purpose of pickup anyway. Over an hour on a pickup order. Who knows how long people waited in lines. If we wanted to wait for sandwiches to be made like that, we would’ve gone out to eat. The whole purpose of this was to save time. We would’ve canceled and got our money back if they didn’t hit finished order. We had no choice but to stay and wait. Not returning.

Person taking orders at this location should not be. Was mumbling, constantly telling me to hold on, and making ordering process insufferable. Ended up driving away without completing my order which is the first time I've ever felt the need to do so.

Walked in, during hours that they are supposed to be open, was greeted by a woman who stated “we are technically not open, that’s why our sign is not on”. Door post and google states they are open by 8 or 9:30am and it was around 11. Very disrespectful. Never came here before and never will if this is how they do business.

This is the second time I have been disappointed in this subway and will not go here again. I thought the first time was a one time thing but I guess not. The girl putting my sandwich together did a horrible job. She just grabbed some turkey and ham and slapped it on the bread and I know I did not get the right amount. I asked her if she was supposed to weigh it but she didn't. She took no care in putting the sub together . I only get lettuce and onion so I always ask for more lettuce and it was like pulling teeth to get her to add more. From now on I will stick to the subway on Portage Street, they prepare subs better and are much nicer!

Assistant manager and his one worker (only one other at the time) were on point this afternoon around 2pm or so! Poor guys were running around like crazy taking care of the line we were in a long with online orders ! All with a smile! Definitely handled the major rush professionally and even made us laugh while doing it all ?. Our sandwiches turned out great too!
