I find it very weird behavior to make fun of someone's mobile order. You should also be aware of the customers that are standing in the restaurant because it could very well be that said customer. Ooops on your part, kind of comical that you then try to back pedal your way out of everything that you had just said.
Won't be coming back. Absolutely disgusting behavior

Stopped in for lunch today after a hike with my young son and husband. We waited in line for quite awhile due to short staffing and an onslaught of online/in-store orders. We understood this and patiently waiting. What we have a hard time with is how the manager treated customers and how she dealt with an upset customer while we were there. A man had walked in wanting to talk to a manager after an incident that occurred the night before. She proceeded to argue back and forth with this customer in front of everyone in line instead of taking him to the side to discuss privately. Her interaction bled over into the “customer service”with those of us that were in line. The manager is extremely unprofessional and should maybe take some type of training course. I’ve dealt with this manger in the past when they mishandled an online order and she was the same exact way.

The red haired girl is so nasty. Never a smile or a hello. The veggies were all freezer burned and brown and soggy. She wouldn’t even get fresh out for me. Bread was old and crumbly. I’m glad Jersey mikes is across the street.

Unfortunately for this place they do hire people who just don’t care about their job or their fellow employees. Me and my boyfriend came in to grab a sub since we adore subway, first I walked into a sorta busy store. I hear a girl with red hair & glasses kinda shake her head and say to her employee that he’s got this. And she makes her sub and sits down with a guy who wasn’t an employee. She then proceeds to make us wait for our subs because the other employee was working on an online order. So we waited, then he was able to make our subs and he did an amazing job, I feel horrible for him that he had to do multiple online orders & deal with customers by himself because of an unreliable and lazy employee. The girl had red hair with glasses. I wish we could give out individual tips to the employees who are actually doing their job and care about food and customer service. That being said, the other male employee who was doing all of the work deserves a raise!

So I've tried three times to talk to a human, but there's no one who answers and says to write a review, so here it is..... HORRIBLE! Is there a sign that says you can't order more then one sub? Because I ordered 4, NOTHING fancy either..... she VERY rudely said, 4? I'm the only one working! My response, I have people to feed so where we at here? She Just stared at me! She wanted me to say never mind and leave! I said all are on plain Italian bread, she ARGUED with me that ' they don't have Italian bread! An actual argument! I'm staring at a whole oven of them directly behind her! She then apologized to the ONLY customer in there besides ME, who JUST walked in behind me, APOLOGIZED for my order! I was dumb founded. Then I said one is an Italian sub... she ARGUED again with me saying ' they don't have Italian subs'!... really? Because I'm staring at 4 subs on the menu labeled ' Italiano subs'... which are all the same meat with different vegis, which everyone picks their own anyways, right?... HORRIBLE experience, Flys all over the food, and when I was.swating them off of me and my food she said, management said they'd handle the Flys weeks ago and havent..... I USED to go to that subway once a week... NEVER again, never been treated so RUDE, and the Flys were just a nasty bonus to my nasty experience there. I only gave ONE star because it makes you give at least ONE star. And also, the ONLY other customer there, besides ME, left....... Hope she enjoyed her break, because she didn't want to do her job anyways.... UNBELIEVABLE

Ordered on line thru app. App took our money, and said it would be ready by 6:10 pm. Show up at 6:08 pm and the place is closed. Bell store employee said they were closed at 3:00 pm when he got to work. What kind of resturant takes your order, takes your money, and says its ready when the store has been closed for more than 3 hrs at least! Horrible.

Shanita is a beautiful person!I already was not in a good mood and I know she knew it.Its because of her that our visit was the best ever! She is absolutely phenomenal!Excellent customer service and was very polite even when I was rude towards my kids.. I did apologize to her for being rude.. Because of Shanita My whole mood changed and I thank you young lady, you are so wonderful and beautiful!I would go to any store that she is at!
