Walked in and they had a sign up that said they were on Lunch and would be back shortly. Everyone was sitting playing on their phones when one person looked up said they were all on lunch. What is this place? A factory? 0 stars, don't recommend

Out of bread I wanted, out of condiments (at least 4). This has happened more then once. Left and went to the one on Southway which always has everything. Suggest people go to that

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before going here. The employees were friendly enough. The two footlong pretzels I ordered for my husband and me were hard as rocks - therefore, hard to pull apart, and tough to chew.

When I get here was the first person on line , they always out of something, the just have to “ask the kitchen” they just kids.I felt bad because I saw how they treat me like in compare to the others but I can tell they decide what to give what. Dirty and all the drinks except sprite was empty... when I let them know they just looked at me, even though i was the only one in there... the girl who was doing nothing except wiping the oven off for the 9th time just acted like it was a bother..Sounds like there is a reoccurring theme and issues with the female employee, bad service, dirty store, and plan laziness
I don't think this location sells rotisserie chicken sandwiches. The last FIVE times I've gone there to get the subs that use it, they have "been out". Times ranging from 4:30 - 7:00 pm. I don't know if it's from lack of intelligent supply ordering or what, but if they're selling out that frequently, I would think they would increase their supply to bring more income for their store. I don't know what other people do when this happens to them, but personally I go across the street and spend my money at Wendys or Macdonalds for my family. Sounds like poor management to me.

I used to frequent subway, but my local location has let me down enough times to stop going.THIS location has enthusiastic and friendly staff, very clean dining room and delicious well stacked sandwiches.I will return for lunch next time I’m in town for work
