I was served by 7289 on E Waterloo rd.. I arrived around 9:15pm on 11/15/2024 and had unpleasant service from the gentleman working the front counter.. he had a bad attitude, didn’t greet us with a hello or anything just rushed our orders and was slamming everything.. this was my first visit at this location and I probably would not return nor recommend this place…I had to ask the gentleman if everything was okay back there because his vibe and demeanor was very unpleasant and not welcoming.. you should probably hire people who actually enjoy doin their job on the WEEKENDS!

I come here for lunch a couple times a month. Katie and Tonya are always here, always pleasant, and always working their butt's off. They never have help, but never fail to deliver to notch service, no matter how busy they are.

I went to this subway restaurant on the corner of South Arlington rd and east wilbeth Ave and got no service after I ordered my food and there were 2 other cars behind me that got no service either the vehicle in front of me got service but that was it I'm glad I didn't pay first you need to put employees that are going to serve people instead of just there friends.
