They do not honor the business hours, 7pm is not 930pm! Also it would help if you turned your sign open sign off so people know your closed instead of the having a rude b point to a lit open sign thinking she make sense

Door dashed from this subway, and they said they were running out of bread. Now I’ve been an assistant manager at an Arby’s, and q Freddy’s steakhouse and frozen custard, so running out of things is normal.
However, what I can’t believe was even after the first time my order was messed up, and it was a big order, 7 foot longs, mistakes happen we are human I get it.
I have to totally reorder my sub, and when I get it? The bread is stale, and it’s completely incorrect. The sauces weren’t on it. It wasn’t a good experience and I hope that it can be improved on in the future.

They whole place sucked. The employees had crappy attitudes and all they had as wheat bread because the manager was apparently to lazy to make bread to havw for that day. Would highly recommend going to a different subway. The subway by belden village mall is twenty times better than this place has ever thought about being.

11:30 and subway wasn’t even open we pulled up to an employee screaming that they was closed and cited worker got out of his truck and she was very rude when saying she was closed and wasn’t opening anytime soon. This isn’t the first time we come across rude employees. Something needs to be done about this place the employees here are giving subway a very bad name. Subway used to be a decent place to eat. But not anymore.

They upgraded their atmosphere. The male worker was rude. I won't go back to this location for a Subway and there are other restaurants I'd rather eat at on the way to the other ones so yeah lost my business over his shenanigans.

It's hard to find a store that's open. So I just don't have a reason to think about them as an option anymore.
Don’t bother placing an order ahead because it is never ready. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve done a mobile order for pickup and not had the sandwich ready at the time chosen. I’ve wasted several lunch breaks waiting on a single sandwich to be made. Obviously subway will continue to operate but I will never be back. Waste of time and money.
