I came around 7pm today. First issue was the customer service, they just wanted us out, no smiles, no eye contact at all, quiet monotone voice. Asked for my bread toasted, neither of my sandwiches were toasted, not adding ingredients when asked which led to confusion about whether or not they would add it, overall not impressed.

Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be taken, finally wonder if they're open like it says online, drive up to the window and they're on their phone with their back turned to the window... I just ran and wanted a halfway healthy sammy but I went ahead and drove to Wendy's where they were happy to serve me some nuggets ;)

I usually go to the subway on Market st. in Canton.The young man and also a woman who I'm guessing is the manager are great! They are quick , efficient( great at multi- tasking) and friendly. Never had a bad experience there. The spicy Italian is what I usually order and is always good.

The other day, my order was awesome as well as customer service, was beautiful. Today, there was no greeting when I entered. I even spoke, to no avail. I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped in foil, like before. It wasn't wrapped in foil. I asked for heavy mayo and Xtra banana peppers, only saw about 5.
