They like too forget items you buy like drinks then don't want to answer the phone .Bread was hard asf and sandwich was thin NEVED again. I'm pregnant and they forgot my orange juice they always forget stuff on purpose then don't want to pick up the phone the WORST SUBWAY

Terrible. 2 people cut me and the man working behind the counter. Skinny white guy glasses helped them before me.... even after I went up and was going to order I got rejected. Very poor customer service. Shame on you sir. Do better.

This place is trash. This is the second time they have messed up my sandwich. When I go in to have them fix it. They start being rude to me and telling what they did and didn’t do after I showed them that the sandwich is not right. Like no, customer service means the costumer comes first. My sandwich keeps getting messed up and it’s the same two numb nuts that mess it up every single time. The fact that they got nasty with me for bringing the sandwich back and showing them that it was wrong.

I came in at 5:45 and the Mgr said they have nothing but flatbread. I asked how long til it's done and she said 'a solid 30 min'. I said I'd get a snack for my husband in the ER who hasn't eaten in 3 days. They gave him a shot of steroid so hes feeling good enough to eat now. I said I'd be back in 30 min. The bread came out of the oven 25 min ago and still she's telling everyone they only have flatbread. I asked if it was almost ready and she snapped and told the other (very sweet) girl not to touch it. She was not very nice. It was like she was mad that I decided to wait til it was done and she was going to make me wait as long as possible. If my husband had not been in the ER waiting for dinner, nd if she had not told me it would be 30 min (an hour ago), i would have not waited all this time.I would have gotten in my car and driven somewhere!

This restaurant should seriously close to the general public after a certain time. Working in the hospital on midnights it’s very disturbing to go down to get food and have to wait until they finish 50 sandwiches that people have ordered on line . We get 30 minutes for lunch . Or the hospital needs to open the cafeteria for staff like they were supposed to start doing a year ago.

Are you serious? For all the traffic the Hospital gets, why is your bread as hard as a brick? The previous shift didn't prep the stations so the server had to cut tomatoes per order. They skimp on the meat because the sandwiches go by weight. Since when? Although the staff was polite...this was my first and last time visiting this location. Hard pass, no thank you!

Every time I try to stop here, on Saturday evening, they are closed. It has been this way for about a month. No reason given. If it is a staffing issue, then hire more staff. Or bring back the staff you let go. If I was in charge of the lease for the hospital, I would seriously consider asking Firehouse subs or DiBella's to come in, and be open 24/7 there, as an alternative to Subway, and put them on notice that it they close early on the weekend, they may not be there much longer.

i had subway 2-3 days ago and i’ve got food poisoning since and i threw up at work yesterday and i threw up today and haven’t received a call back after a complaint and im currently bout to be on my way to the hospital.
