The staff at this location are as rude as the subway on tuscarawas st in canton and the one on wooster ave in dover. I have not had good experience at any of these three locations

the two gentlemen working on September 8th at around 7:30 were doing a great job. They were very patient, kind and overall very professional. They deserve a raise. They had to deal with this gaggle of morons coming in there berating them and talking down to them. Bossing them around, snapping at them, just overall being super difficult. They kept their cool and were very polite regardless of the absolutely horrible treatment from the customers in front of me. Those two men are the backbone of this subway and they do not deserve to be treated that way. And my sandwich was delightful. Love those guys. I will probably never be back because I don’t live anywhere near Canton, but Godspeed.

Guillimans Unnumbered Sons

The location is nice neat and clean and I'll give it to the kid running the shop, he's trying his best bless the poor little fella but he's blatantly new, taking him 10 or more minutes per sandwich, whoever trained him should be reprimanded and they need multiple employees to handle the flow of customers and allow the staff to get experience before dumping them with barely enough training to assemble the sandwiches alone.

I want to thanks Brenda. I'm allergic to olives and she made me feel very welcomed took all the precautions that was needed to make sure I did not have any contact with olives. Do to her and her cheerful personality I will return. There are so subways that don't care. So I don't go there anymore. But I will return to this one.

HORRIBLE.Katie to be exact my fiance & myself order from here pretty frequently but stops after today to start I ordered a cold cut combo with American cheese, lettuce, pickle and less tomato toasted and I receive what’s pictured (uncut too) and only ONE meatNot to mention Katie was childish as all get out laughing and making side remarks about his last name “Butt” very unprofessional and then when I called to nicely complain Katie answered acting like it wasn’t her that was being a literal child and made the sandwiches wrong said she would give a refund but didn’t even have to ask the name of the order all while laughing due to the last name. Very very unprofessional
