I want to thanks Brenda. I'm allergic to olives and she made me feel very welcomed took all the precautions that was needed to make sure I did not have any contact with olives. Do to her and her cheerful personality I will return. There are so subways that don't care. So I don't go there anymore. But I will return to this one.

I ordered online two monsters with different cheese they mixed up the veggies and the one was a steak and cheese they forgot to put the bacon on it. Big difference in price it was all bad.

HORRIBLE.Katie to be exact my fiance & myself order from here pretty frequently but stops after today to start I ordered a cold cut combo with American cheese, lettuce, pickle and less tomato toasted and I receive what’s pictured (uncut too) and only ONE meatNot to mention Katie was childish as all get out laughing and making side remarks about his last name “Butt” very unprofessional and then when I called to nicely complain Katie answered acting like it wasn’t her that was being a literal child and made the sandwiches wrong said she would give a refund but didn’t even have to ask the name of the order all while laughing due to the last name. Very very unprofessional

Stopped to get a chicken sub and the lady behind the counter had a customer in front of me getting 2 subs in the middle of finishing theirs, she started mine in her rush she did not ask me about cheese or dressing also some veggies are missing . A third customer came in and she started theirs also. Working 3 orders at the same time. When I asked for dressing in a to go cup since she neglected to put any on I was given a small amount in 1 because the bottle was empty and it was too much effort to get more. Although she stayed professional there was def attitude oozing out. I don't blame her I blame the restaurant expecting them to hurry to the point of poor service.

The worker Kayleigh or Kaylah not to sure which name but she gave me an attitude because she heard my order wrong stoped what she was doing, huffed under her breath and THREW my meat back into the other containers of meat which Is cross contamination. She was also getting mad at the other worker Tee because she kept getting fresh veggies out for the orders, which was needed. Then when she re made my sandwich didn't ask which kind of chicken I wanted and gave me the wrong one. At that point with her attitude and throwing food, slamming the oven pans around I didn't correct her. Along with the online orders she had ahead of us she told us we could leave if we didn't want to wait. I was about to walk out at that point. I feel bad for the other girl Tee for having to work in that type of environment.

My husband and I visited here and there was only one person working. You could tell she was overworked, but still did a phenomenal job and was very nice, efficient and patient with everyone. I felt bad for her because she was overwhelmed. Subway needs to hire another person at that location. That is the only reason I gave them 3 stars.
