Look in live up in portage lakes akron. And I go to the subways by the house an they flat out dont ever have A1 steak sauce. How great was it to finally get a steak sub with FN A1 ......guess I'll have to drive to canton when I want subway. Props to the young man working tonight

the service received was absolutely terrible and disappointing. I ordered through the app and received a confirmation it would be ready at 8. My brother and I showed up there exactly at 8. They didn’t start making the sandwiches til 8:40. I even included a tip when ordering online. Instead I will never be ordering here again as it should not take over an hour to make 5 sandwiches when a generous tip was included and they had 20 mins before we even got there at the pickup time absolutely disgusted with subway

Today is September 1st 2025 approximately 3:30 came here because the Subway on market what's closed due to having one employee working by herself. So I came to this one there's a young man working by himself with a line and with a smile he still handled his customers as I was leaving there were still customers coming. I just want to give all praise to this young man because he could have given up and left.

The only reason why I am giving all 5 stars is because of AUSTIN!

I went to Subway around 5:00 (9.28.25).

There was 1 person paying and a guy in front of me and 2 ladies behind me.

Austin was cashing out customers, preparing the sandwiches, and making sure the counter area where the food was looked clean!

HE WAS BY HIMSELF!

Why you ask? Why you ask couldn’t the lady in the back come out and help?

Apparently the lady in the back had reached her limit for hours worked and SUBWAY had a rule, (in my own words) that says “who cares how busy we are, we are not paying someone to work and help the 1 guy who is working his butt off because we want more money in our pockets”

Austin was polite and quick and apologized to us numerous times. The apology was not needed from him AT ALL!

Subway bigwigs need to apologize to Austin for putting him in that situation!

Subway cooperate should be ashamed of themselves!

GIVE THIS KID A RAISE and PRAY HE DOES NOT QUIT ON YOU!

If he does quit I would not blame him!!!!

There's new manager in there a young African-American fellow just met him today Sunday August 17th 2025 around 7:00 p.m. . Very nice gentleman he also was working with a fellow minor co-worker I overheard him praising him for his work and there was a bunch of online orders and he had a couple people on the line so they were pretty backed up however he had a very calm demeanor very genuine personality and he really handled the situation quite well.

The food itself was great, and everything was made correctly. Staff was good at handling everything and were very friendly with the customers.

I know this isn't the employees fault at all, but it's a little unfair when someone is allowed to just walk in and order 20+ subs without calling ahead in advance first. It feels like punishing those who are in a rush and just need something quick and easy. But like I said, that is not the employees fault. That's a corporate issue.

This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. i got home to take a bite of my tuna sandwich and pulled a big long curly brown hair out my mouth with tuna hanging on the hair. This is disgusting!!!!!!! I will get a refund for this. This is no reason. This place is so ran down and every long haired person doesn’t wear a hair net.

Absolute rudest staff I have ever experienced. I understand that the job can be frustrating but it’s still your damned job that you get paid for. I wasn’t even being that picky I just wanted a little extra spinach on my one sandwich. I will ensure that management hears about it and that the employee gets fired. Absolutely ridiculous… if you don’t like the job don’t work there…. The persons lucky I didn’t make a scene right there in the restaurant…

If I could give a zero I would. Employees are rude did online order as I'm walking up to the door they cancel it and lock the door mind you still had 30 minutes till they closed per what it states online. Instead of closing 10 they closed at 930.Don't take that long to make a sandwich.

Consistently receive the worst service. Rude employees upset they have to do their jobs. Uncomfortable comments FROM EMPLOYEES about tipping.
Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was the worker with all the jewelry and the bad attitude but it doesn’t matter who is working. Take your business elsewhere. Won’t be back

I waited in line for at least 5 minutes and myself and 3 other people were waiting. The girl behind the counter told us that she is working on the 4 online orders first. She then was talking on her cellphone and when she got off the phone she told all the customers that they will be closing early. We all looked a little confused. I said we are in line, you're going to take our orders right? She then said no I'm finishing these online orders and we are closing. Feel free to go the another location that is open 24 hours. I will never come back to this subway or any other subway. This was by far the worst service and the rudest person I have ever encountered at this establishment.
