This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. i got home to take a bite of my tuna sandwich and pulled a big long curly brown hair out my mouth with tuna hanging on the hair. This is disgusting!!!!!!! I will get a refund for this. This is no reason. This place is so ran down and every long haired person doesn’t wear a hair net.

Absolute rudest staff I have ever experienced. I understand that the job can be frustrating but it’s still your damned job that you get paid for. I wasn’t even being that picky I just wanted a little extra spinach on my one sandwich. I will ensure that management hears about it and that the employee gets fired. Absolutely ridiculous… if you don’t like the job don’t work there…. The persons lucky I didn’t make a scene right there in the restaurant…

If I could give a zero I would. Employees are rude did online order as I'm walking up to the door they cancel it and lock the door mind you still had 30 minutes till they closed per what it states online. Instead of closing 10 they closed at 930.Don't take that long to make a sandwich.

Consistently receive the worst service. Rude employees upset they have to do their jobs. Uncomfortable comments FROM EMPLOYEES about tipping.
Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was the worker with all the jewelry and the bad attitude but it doesn’t matter who is working. Take your business elsewhere. Won’t be back

I waited in line for at least 5 minutes and myself and 3 other people were waiting. The girl behind the counter told us that she is working on the 4 online orders first. She then was talking on her cellphone and when she got off the phone she told all the customers that they will be closing early. We all looked a little confused. I said we are in line, you're going to take our orders right? She then said no I'm finishing these online orders and we are closing. Feel free to go the another location that is open 24 hours. I will never come back to this subway or any other subway. This was by far the worst service and the rudest person I have ever encountered at this establishment.

Is there a manager or franchisee? You've got one guy here killing himself (and still doing a good job) a plethora of online orders just beeping in 3 people in front of me and 4 behind me. Every single time I come here it's only this one gentleman and he's always drowning. Subway Corporate come give this guy a full paid 2 week vacation and revoke your franchisee from this location.

1. Was never greeted or even looked at
2. The store smelled nasty I lost my appetite but proceeded grabbing my sandwich I had placed for pickup
3. Was never told to have a nice day walking out
4. Got home (20 minutes away) only to find out my sandwich was made completely wrong which extra of veggies that were nowhere on my order I call and ask if I can get a replacement mind you at this point they close in 10 minutes and I’m demanded to bring my sub and receipt back in for a refund didn’t even offer to remake my sandwich if I came back which was impossible due to how far I live from them and when they closed.

I got a tuna melt on Italian bread. When I started eating it the bread was super doughy, I ended up scrapping the tuna & toppings out & ate them with a spoon.

London Bridges

Workers are rude and do not listen to sandwich requests. Employee tried to scrape bottom of freezer burnt vegetables onto my sandwich to avoid having to go get a new pan of vegetables

Stopped in with my daughters to get them a sub. We are 2nd in line and after 25 minutes they continue to work the online orders coming through their machine. How come we get punished for coming into the store and making an effort to support the business by not being helped before orders placed online? In my opinion, subway prioritizes the wrong customer. Terrible business model and I will not be supporting subway anymore simple and plain.

My autistic son wanted a subway sandwich for breakfast he gets a simple turkey with cheese and mayo, usually. Well today he wanted tomatoes and peppers on it. Well they gave me a turkey sub with ranch and no cheese on it. I called and she told me that what I ordered is exactly what she put on it. She was rude and my son had no choice but to throw it out because I couldn’t go get him another one I had to be to work right after. When I said I couldn’t make it to get another one she said sorry. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else’s child.
