My autistic son wanted a subway sandwich for breakfast he gets a simple turkey with cheese and mayo, usually. Well today he wanted tomatoes and peppers on it. Well they gave me a turkey sub with ranch and no cheese on it. I called and she told me that what I ordered is exactly what she put on it. She was rude and my son had no choice but to throw it out because I couldn’t go get him another one I had to be to work right after. When I said I couldn’t make it to get another one she said sorry. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else’s child.

Absolute Detrimental service. There was a line out the door, and only 1 person working who looked like she didn’t wanna be there, then it was time for me and my wife to order they were slamming our sub breads and slammed our food into the oven, just seemed like they would rather be anywhere other than their job. Or the second person who was doing absolutely nothing to assist her was doing just that… nothing. The store was a mess, didn’t look like anything was cleaned all trash bins were overflowing, the fresh drinks in the machine were stagnant and looked like it smelled of sewage. We waited 33 minutes for poor service and feeling like we needed a shower after we left that disgusting mess of a place. Our sandwiches were okay, but the service and the atmosphere were atrocious. If I were someone reading this review I could only leave you with this… please do not go here find another subway nearby this one in canton is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. I feel like I got cancer leaving this wretched place….

Sooooo o had a coupon YES!!!!!! For 3 footloose for 17.99 so I got veggie footlongs and went home cut them up and had lunch for work for the entire week..Vegetarian options: Veggie foot longs

Don’t eat at this subway. Hours say store closes at 9 pm I walked to the door at 8 the employee saw me walking to the door came to the door and locked it and said sorry we are closed. My son just eats cheese and bread and one of the employees always makes comments like it’s not ok to just eat cheese and bread. Hopefully their manager reads this they will never get a dollar of my money again

I came in at 7:58pm there was a line of people at the counter and a little line leading up to the counter. The manager that seemed like she was frazzled and wanted to be anywhere but at subway helping cusand doing her job. Told me in a very rude tone and manner that they were closed and I have to get out. I thought she was joking at 1st and said tour website and the sticker on the door displaying times says you close at 9pm. She replied too bad we're closed. The food wasn't even put away the oven was still on they had people eating in the dinning room that wasn't Clean at all. I was planning on ordering 10 subs now I won't be giving subway a dime of money. Save yourself the hassle and regrets and DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY EVER!!!

Terrible customer service when my husband was asked what kind of bread he wanted he said white to which the worker said Italian it's the same God damn thing in front of my 12 year old son..I cannot believe an employee would use the lord's name in vain and blatantly cuss especially in front of a child. I will not be going to that location again and will definitely warn family and friends about the terrible customer service skills they have there.. disappointed with the training and reaction to having a big order
