It’s absolutely ridiculous we pay 2-3x more and on top of that The absolute slowest subway experience in my life the staff had zero drive or pep probably no manager there the Asian lady did make 3 subs by the time the other made 1 the line got long while the other employee sat at a table watching tv loudly on her phone and ate

I usually don’t leave a review unless my experience is remarkable or horrible. And the experience I just had was the latter. When it was finally time to take my order after 15+ minutes of waiting, I was asked which sub I wanted 5 times between two employees and somehow they still managed to give me the wrong thing. I stated I wanted the “#24 fiery meatball” each time and by the end of the line she said “oh I heard #23” after I asked for extra marinara thinking the the meatballs were hidden under the pepperoni and salami. Still got charged $18 for a 6inch, two cookies a drink and a bag of chips. Ridiculous.

place can be under staffed at times ,making for a waits. the employees how ever treat you with respect and do an excellent job.

So I’m a little upset. Obviously the person working the front was new and struggling. I was patient and understood. But the woman who came out of the back knowing that the person out front had a line decided to stay in the back and talk on her phone laughing and carrying on. But yet decides to come out after hanging up rolling her eyes and saying “oh you can’t handle it for 10 minutes” actually I stood in line for 20 while you yacked on your phone. It’s a shame that you couldn’t hang up and help your coworker yet belittle her in front of customers.

I ended up getting food poisoning that lasted for two weeks, oh and not to mention the fact that there was a new worker there by themselves because the other two workers were in the back laughing and having a grand old time

Horrible customer service. Instead of acknowledging you messed up an order and offering to correct it the young man wanted to argue that steak and cheese subs and meatball subs are served cold unless marked toasted…in all my years ordering I have never received either of those subs cold. Not only did you lose on the sale and your tip…you also lost a customer.

Terrible and I just can't with a subway anymore. Something weird is going on with all the Subways in this whole area. They are closed most of the time and when they are open they have no actual food. Thanks for the coupons though.. next month I'll know what they're actually good for after coming in three area stores and not being able to order the food I wanted.

I feel bad for the poor I'm sure teenager who has left by himself to make all the sandwiches for any customers or online orders while his other two co-workers were in the back discussing their next smoke break and even though there was a line of people out front when one of two co-workers emerged all she did was filled up her soft drink out of the fountain took a gander at the line and then went back to whatever it was she was doing prior to... Not even mad that the poor kid got my bread wrong on both my sandwiches If I was him I would have walked out of there a long time ago!

Ordered through the app and I get to the store and they tell me the bread I wanted they were out of. The toaster was broke so my subs couldn’t be toasted and they were out of sauce. Worst Subway ever. No motivation at all. I won’t be back!

How does someone place a mobile timed order HOURS prior to pickup and I get there and “they are all out of bread” but sit in the parking lot and continue to watch them make sandwiches for people in the lobby
