Terrible service. Managers don't open on time. Orders are hardly ever right and when they are the food is terrible quality. This location really needs to get it together.

Won't be going back here because of the service alone. There's no need to give someone an attitude because they got hungry well at work and can't make through the drive thru, all she had do do was nicely say im sorry but we need you to be in a vehicle to serve you and I could have gotten a smaller vehicle and gone back to pick up my order without being ignorant, but she decide to be ignorant so I'll be speaking to management and going 10 minutes the opposite direction to tusc to get my food from here on out.

‼️This was one of the worst services that I’ve ever experienced. It all started with Two large orders of nacho fries. I asked the current manager to please fill it up because it wasn’t filled; it looked like a regular size nacho fry.. ‼️The young lady who is now a manager or assistant manager with reddish Brown curly hair, had a Disrespectful, non-caring, unprofessional tone, told me that they were weighed by portions, and if that were true, she would have weighed them and she did not. I watched her carefully as she put them in the containers and because of her, I will avoid this location. When I got home with them, my daughter said #MIN were overcooked and some were undercooked. I believe this is because I watched her dump fresh new fries on top of old fries that probably should have been thrown out.. I also took pictures of what was in the box of fries before I left the parking lot. Since Brian, who is now a regional manager has left, the customer service and care has drastically went down as well as the portions of food.

Horrible customer service
Very rude staff. They hate their job and want to make sure you know it. The workers behind the counter were all talking with each other instead of doing their job. They acted like I was interrupting their day socializing instead of doing what they're paid to do. They need an attitude adjustment or work somewhere else. I will avoid this location for a while to see if management actually cares to look into the awful customer service. Very disappointing.

This is one of the better Taco Bells I've encountered. The food is always hot and the orders are almost always accurate, with the odd exception here and there. The biggest downside of this location is that it's on Cleveland Avenue, making it difficult to access during periods of high traffic.
