Horrible horrible experience. The woman taking my order was extremely rude. They gave me a 3/4 full drink and failed to make 2 spicy potato soft tacos without lettuce. If you can’t work fast food just file for unemployment. Do better

Whoever the night crew is on 8/18/25 deserves a raise. From the window to back of the house. Greeted with energy and food was correct first go. All in a quick and timely manner. It was one of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant. The food was very good. Thank you for doing your job correctly and proving that all you have to do is show a little effort.

I'm here at 2:25 am and the hours are supposed to be to 4 a.m. and they tell me I can't order their through the drive through,only taking door dash or mobile orders currently. What a joke won't be back to this location 👍

I got food tonight from this location and I order ahead and ordered on the app so I could just grab and go but when I had arrived I drove up to the speaker and waited for about 30 second to get a response and nothing so I spoke up and asked if they where open and still no response so I drove up to the window to get someone attention and drove up and didn't see anyone I sat there for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to help me out but no one, so I drove around again and same thing asked if they where open in the speaker no response again so I drove up to the window and there was a guy there this time. He looked like he was drying his hand possible coming back from the restroom if I had to guess, so he came to the window and helped me and when I explained to him I had a order to pick up and had to drive around twice to get no response in the speaker he heard me and he started talking to someone in the back asking if they could make my food and it seem like they where figuring out if they where making the food or not so the person in the back I guess started making are food. So we finally get are food and got back to the house and was ready to eat some hot, good taco bell and we started getting into the food and everything was luke warm/ cold it was a big disappointment (no fat stuff) but when you spend $25+ you expect it to be atleast edible and hot, and worth the money you just paid them it was the complete opposite. I do want to also point of the fact even if the guy was in the restroom there was another person there that was blatantly ignoring the drive thru dings I dont want to completely fault the gentlemen that helped me but there fact the other worker couldn't come and help us in the drive thru is just unacceptable, there need to be more sense of urgency and the person in the back just wasnt doing her job.

I don't leave reviews for fast food places but I just wanted to leave a 5 star for the kid workin the window tonight around like 1am. He was keepin up on it through that long line of cars, doin his best. And even with all the chaos of being so busy and seemed like not a big staff, he stayed kind and patient, which is rare these days.

Got a discovery luxe box the Doritos locos taco was steak when it should’ve been ground beef! The hard taco should’ve also been ground beef, but it was steak! Idk if they ran out of ground beef or if they don’t really care!
Service was amazing team members was very understanding the only negative thing I have to say is the Ai System is definitely the dumbest thing they added one main reason being is that if it messes up you still have a worker helping you giving the worker more work for no reason definitely more irritating than talking to a real person other than that great service
