the Service is slow, I Asked for Beef Soft Tacos and Nacho fries, And The Employee is Sitting their On Her Phone not doing a thing, me and my brother were waiting for our food for 35 Minutes since 5 O'clock PM, And the food was good, And The Drinks tastes good, and We won't return, the waiting time is Absolutely Ridiculous

I went in the drive-thru here and it was so slow it took 20 minutes to go through it. And once you are in this drive-thru there is no room to try and get out of it. Absolute absurdity!! I'll never order from the drive-thru here again. You shouldn't be locked into a damn drive-thru!

Food has always been good. However, when an order says Mountain Dew Zero, it should be exactly that, not Mountain Dew Baja. Don't drink the Baja, so don't know if it's Zero or not. This location has made the mistake on my Uber order more than once or twice. If you don't have Mountain Dew Zero get it removed from your Uber listing. Subway had that problem with their soft pretzel offering; and always substituted a cookie. Substitution is a great way to lose customers and could pose a medical issue if the person is allergic or diabetic. So either train your employees, change your Uber menu offerings or just get it right the first time and every time.

Drive thru is closed. Went inside and someone took my order since there was a line for the kiosks. Said it was to go and got charged tax for dining in.

I fully understand being short staffed. But I have gone to this location several times and the drive thru been closed. And this last time they used employee cars to block the drive thru. This is unprofessional and caused a lot of confusion in the parking lot. Several people didn't realize that the car was parked there and tried waiting a little while which led to back ups. And when I went inside, only one of the kiosks worked and no employees were at the front to help the line. They were all in the back of the kitchen.

They can’t get any food right not even the right size of a drink, I decided to go inside and they were absolutely disrespectful about it. I do not recommend, and there was absolutely nothing in a hard taco besides cheese.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash at 1AM, the order was running behind the guy who came up to ask me the name for the order was ok at first then I asked if I could buy nacho fries while waiting he said “ he wasn’t allowed to serve or sell me anything because I was a dasher.” Then like an a hole he said “I think it’s serve customer before your self .” Ok I had my daughter dashing with me so it wasn’t for me A, B I’ve done that at other locations while dashing . Manager said nothing while he was being rude . I’ll never patronize this location again. I’ll be contacting corporate as well as I feel it was racial.
