Was scolded twice by the staff member at the window, Gabriella, because the AI didn’t pick up my order, and she had to manually take my order. Absolutely inexcusable.

Made an order through the mobile app and it took me ten minutes to get there after ordering and I had to wait thirty minutes to actually get my food that wasn’t even near a big order. They were constantly serving the drive through people and were inattentive to the front. Food was not prepared good and looked rush. Many of the workers were sitting around and not doing much either.

This is one of the worst locations. They charge a loy of money for nothing. 2nd time ordering food from here and they don't put nothing inside their tortillas and tacos

I ordered and paid at the kiosk. Went to use the bathroom while my order was being prepared. YUCK. Nastiest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant! If I had not already paid I would have left. The urinal has not been cleaned for years. Greenish brown stains. The sink was extremely dirty. It was disgusting to know that the employees preparing the food use this nasty bathroom.

I ordered in the app. Arrived at the store probably 5 minutes after it said my food would be ready. There was nothing on the mobile app pickup shelves. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes not being acknowledged. A lady finally picked up a bag that was sitting by the drive thru and put it on the mobile pickup shelf. It was sitting there out of my reach ready to go the entire time I was standing there unacknowledged. Frustrating!!!

No one was there when we went to pick up our mobile order. Took several minutes for the two employees scheduled to come in (They were in in their car.) and make our order. (We placed our order before leaving to pick it up. This location was ten minutes away from where we were.) They smelled like cigarettes and didn't wash their hands after smoking.

Took about twenty minutes to get our order. Very unhappy with the service I received today.
