No one was there when we went to pick up our mobile order. Took several minutes for the two employees scheduled to come in (They were in in their car.) and make our order. (We placed our order before leaving to pick it up. This location was ten minutes away from where we were.) They smelled like cigarettes and didn't wash their hands after smoking.
Took about twenty minutes to get our order. Very unhappy with the service I received today.

Placed a pickup order at 9:10, got there at 9:20 and no one was in the store. Called the store and asked if anyone was there with no reply. 15 minutes passed and the only two employees there came in from smoking in their car and reeked of smoke. This is probably the 8th time I've ordered and no one had even noticed it popped up until I got there and pointed out my ticket that was printed 10 minutes ago. Save yourself some time and annoyance and eat somewhere else.

It's Taco Bell it's okay and expensive it's cheaper for a family of 4 to go to El Rincon and actually be full.
I ordered a combo and it was DREADFUL. The nacho fries were OK but cold. The rest was inedible. The Beef burrito with beans had ZERO beef. The chicken Chalupa had no chicken, just cabbage and lettuce. The chicken soft taco had maybe 3 small chunks of chicken. I will never order from this location again.

Just left and this food is hideous. We payed extra for items we didn't get added to our tacos. The food was slopped together and the attitude of the staff was as if they just started wk 2hrs ago. Definitely unacceptable and makes me wonder who is in charge? Because my four yr old nephew can read probably make better tacos. This is the normal for this location. Soo u would be better going to Cleveland ave.. a little further away but stress free..and why can't yall order boxes for the meal deals ? I gotta come home and pull open every ones tacos in my family's order to figure out what is what.. if that's the best yall can do CLOSE DOWN!! RIDICULOUS!!

Just got a order from here and it has to be a joke.. The chaluppa had 1 Oz of meat 3 tomatoes and lettuce also tasted like it sat for a hour. (I threw it out I wasnt going to risk getting sick) The double stack was better but had maybe 2 Oz of meat atleast it was still hot. The burrito supreme stale and was about half the normal size which is already tiny... The only good thing about this location is the girl at the window was very friendly besides that I would give it 0 stars if I could. Sad part is it's not just this location. All taco bells are slow and the food is a joke. Definitely my last time eating at any location!
Burrito wrapping needs work. Not often I have to re-wrap my own burrito. Delicious though.

Not exactly the kind to usually post a bad review. However, I ordered dinner and opened my taco supreme there was along black hair in it. I have blonde, then my husband gave me his taco, and well I posted it online no meat at all. I don't expect a perfect meal it's fast food, but I was hoping for an okish meal.

This location made both of my items wrong. When I went in to get it remade the girl on drive thru came over to greet me. There was a customer in front of me getting her order corrected also. The guy (baylon) i think his name was, insisted he made it right so I read over my sticker with the girl and showed her the food and what was wrong and that he didn't even read the sticker. She said "they usually dont" when I told her he really did make it wrong she said she knows. This male employee was so mad he was slamming stuff around. I said yikes hes mad! What's his name? The girl employee told me she doesn't know his name. I said you don't know the names of your coworkers? She said no he got called in early. A nice blonde girl with braids outside on her break is the one who told me his name. Horrendous experience. After hearing they don't even read the orders all the way I second guess ever going back there. Especially since I have dietary restrictions, this location clearly can't be trusted and the employees are aggressive and unstable. Never going back.
DONT TRUST IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICITONS THEY DONT READ THE STICKERS
He also aggressively slopped together my crunchwrap in anger. It was crumbled and falling apart on purpose. Lololol
