Waited in parking lot for 20 min at this location at 8pm for 3 apple enchiladas and due to dining room being locked i had to walk all the way around to the dt to get them then the manager was rude and refused to give the store manager name.....I run a store and accept accountability for my crew and their mistakes so I got on video how this wen5 and will be visiting store and sending the video to the corporate these people are trash and should not be working in customer service

I mobile ordered from this drive thru and so did my mom when I got to the drive thru they told me I had to come in they couldn't do that it would mess with the AI , so I drove past the drive thru to go inside and when I got inside the lady tossed my bags of food on the counter with attitude I was standing there confused the lady behind the counter said she wasn't going to be professional and I was just waiting on my drinks. So the other girl says I flipped them off going past the drive thru window ( I didn't by the way ) so I told them I wouldn't have a reason to do that i was just coming in like they said, and they said the guy behind you said that, i said well he's lying and im getting attitude for something I didnt even do, the manger just stood there and let the girl be disrespectful and we I said everyone is always disrespectful at this location they basically told me than why do you come to this one go to another. So thats how this taco bell handles customers 🤔 the are rude, accusing people and telling you to go to another one. Don't worry I wont be returning to this one and from the reviews on Google im not the only one that this taco has been has been rude to lots of people

So I came here last night and I use the automatic machine as I'm ordering I asked the to switch the chicken out for the steak chalupas and it never did that so when I got up to the window I handed the lady my card and said please make sure they changed that over cause it's automatic and charged me extra four dollars for a 7 dollar box I'm very unhappy and I will never come back to taco bell ever. Remind u I'm going through a housing situation and all to a new owner after being here 7 yrs is making me leave so I need all the money I can get and wanted something cheap and that how they did me. They were very rude and they kept my change to didn't give me my money back. Js

We got food to go, and nothing was marked as to which item it was. This made it very confusing and upsetting. Some ate the wrong item because they all look the same. Next to mark the wrapper as to what is inside to avoid all the confusion.

NORMALLY , im Sceptical about Taco Bell in my areas. This One By Far Is the Better of other 2 locations in our Area. Today i Had a Large Order for family and relatives . Bravo Taco Bell not Only Was it Ready when i got there, it was All There. And Correctly Done. Bravo and Was Delicious. Family enjoyed it. And i also got my other Errands Done in a timely manner. Thank you. You knocked the Socks off the other 2 locations ive been to in canton. Your Now my Fav Taco Bell. Thank you.

Hoping this gets read by the store manager! I just wanted to leave this review to say that one of your workers is absolutely amazing. I come in quite often on my lunch break or even for a little snack craving and EVERYTIME (around 11/12) I go through the drive through he’s working the window. I don’t know his name but he has reddish hair and wears glasses. He’s always so funny and nice and he really makes my day. Today he recommended me your new refresher drinks and it was a great recommendation. Please work hard to keep this great worker cause honestly he makes my experience the best‼️

We came in at 3:25 was told to place our order on kiosk. Sat here over 30 minutes and watched at least 15 cars order in drive thru get their food and go. They worked our order in between drive thru. Not good customer service

The dining room was completely empty and all the table were unclean. It took over an hour to recieve our food, the cashier lady was rude telling us to use the computer. Overall worst service I have had with any fast food place. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD WITHOUT QUESTION.
