Young man at the windows was outstanding, upbeat, and very service oriented.. best service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Kudos to you! I'm sorry I didn't get your name for a shout out!!

I went into this Taco Bell last night December 23, 2025. It took 20 minutes for them to get our food out to us. The black women at the window was goofing off on her phone kept walking away talking and goofing off with employees. I ordered their new steak fries and when I received it, it was a quarter of the way full with fry’s and no steak. I also ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito which was a rolled up tortilla with hardly any ingredients in it. Absolutely tasted horrible and I get this quite often as it is my favorite menu item. Customer service was also awful. When the guy handed out our food he says “sorry we’re low on fry’s”

The employees threw my food in the bag. All of my nacho fries were out of the cup and all over the bag. My tacos were getting stuck to the wrapper, i asked for extra nacho cheese and i never got it.

Had a door dasher give me the wrong food and I ended walking back because 30 dollars for 2 tacos doesn’t make sense. Crew member acted like I was a inconvenience and told me I had to reorder with 10 min of them being closed

Food was cold and the quesadilla wasn’t supposed to be spicy but it was there was also a hair in my quesadilla didn’t get all my items instead they gave me half my items and didn’t give me both my burritos I didn’t want the spicy ranch and still got the spicy ranch when I asked them to take the spicy ranch off I’ll never order food or eat there again this Taco Bell don’t care for their customers

They use a robot to take orders if it gets something wrong the people working are very rude taking over! Just rude all the way around!!!

Went to get food at 12:30 am, waited for about 5-10 minutes said hello and everything nobody answered drove past the window and the worker was standing right there. Dont be open this late if your workers dont want to work.

Line was long put my order in. They rang it in completely wrong. Told them it was wrong. They said you’re gonna have to pull back around….. this was not a good experience. There are to many others in the area. Will not be returning

Tired of the stupid AI at this location. It is always inaccurate. You can't order half of the menu because the AI says they don't offer items even though it's listed on the menu. Stop being cheap, Taco Bell. Hire a REAL person! This is absolutely ridiculous

They use an AI for their drive-thru half the time it gets your order wrong half the time they get it wrong inside. And more times than none I'll pull up to the drive-thru and it's something stupid like they're closed when they're supposed to be open or their drive-thru and mobile only. What the hell is even that you really told me that you just can't have orders taken? Then why are you open. You obviously can have orders taken if you're doing online and mobile
