Ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito w no chipotle ranch and no sour cream. Add spicy ranch. Yea I got nothing but sour cream w the burrito. Never going there again. I didn't get any spicy ranch on anything I ordered that .79 extra on 3 items.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life! They continually screw up our orders, the employees, including the manager that we just saw barely could say two syllables, The food was absolutely muck. The crunch wrap supreme didn’t even have a tostada in it. The three orders of chips were spilled out all over the bottom of the bag missing order items. Go to any other location besides this one trust me!!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Waited over 30 min inside just to have my order wrong. Waisted my entire lunch break and didn't even eat anything since it was wrong. Not like i can drive back in my semi to have it fixed. Would've been another 30 or more. Not even a simple sorry about your wait sir!. Horrible customer service. Im standing there trying to pay and not one employee says a word till i had to. What a joke. Do better. Would give zero stars

I came from California and was tired from the road and thought tacos would be a good meal but they were some of the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. I've had the same tacos in other states and they tasted great but here it was a very bad experience

They close the inside early and force dashers and Uber eat drivers to stand out in the rain and refuse to let us pick it up in the orders in the drive thru. Refuse to let us order food while waiting to pick up food and will barely anders the pickup window

First time visiting this location. Found out that there is no dine-in at this location. Drive thru and carry-out only. Drive thru appears to be faster service than carry-out service. I witnessed the drive thru moving quickly versus many of us standing inside, waiting for our order. About 15 minute wait at lunch time today. Food was good. No napkins. Front counter clerk was nice.

Parking: Small number of parking spaces, sometimes blocked by drive thru line.

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions knowing it was brand new and they had to get their staffing and quality under control, awhile after they’ve opened I stop and get a chalupa and it had plastic in it. I called and spoke with a manager no problem issue was resolved she said I could get another one my next visit. Go my next visit to get my chalupa and some other things and they gave me attitude about me finding plastic in my food before and and forgot my chips and cheese. Only one that’s ever treated me with respect is Nicole the manager
