Had a burrito that was literally smaller than the receipt on the bag. Nobody thought it was out of the ordinary. They told me to go to a different Taco Bell. Got news for you. I won't go to any Taco Bell anymore.

Absolutely the most terrible experience I’ve had yet. Didn’t get a single bit of my order correct. Then said it was my fault and I never should’ve pulled up because the AI order system wasn’t working. I had to say my order was wrong probably 10 times before I had to go up and just say something. Then got told I was getting whatever was in the bag because it was already made and there were 4 cars behind me.
Also don’t start when you obviously can’t speak to people and your back is bigger than the entrance

In the past year I have visited their many 30 to 35 times and every single time including tonight they come up with different excuses to close it sickening how much they turn people away they should just close down because I have never been able to get food from their I will never return I’m done trying

I showed up to get a meal real quick before it closed at 2 and they told me they ran out of food. Then proceeded to tell me that man we close in 5 min when there was 10 min left

Open till 2am but they lock the doors 5 earlier? If you are hungry at night and don't have a car, you are sol. No dine-in and they won't take your order, have to order yourself on computer screen.
