I was in the Canton Ohio one yesterday and the women who were hiding and the manger who was also no help to anyone or couldn't be found. I felt bad for the guy who had took our drink order and also made a alcohol drink which was over poured with alcohol. He said sorry so many times I felt bad for him and the sweet older lady putting people at their tables. plus it's illegal to over pour a drink and have a guy who has no clue bout making a drink. Then brought me cold appetizers....read full review
horrible, the restaurant was extremely cold. table sat 10 minutes after us and was served drinks first. no condiments on the burger. Food was luke warm when arrived ; due to restaurant same temperature as outside(25 degrees). hand to keep jackets, hats and gloves on. asked if tissues came with meal related to nose running do to no heat in the restaurant.
