My friends and I did not enjoy our experience here. We ordered the spinach and cheese dip with chips, and the chips were COATED in salt. A shocking amount. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium and it came out overdone. Waited 35 minutes for our food and had to wait another 10 for a new steak to eat with the rest of my cold food. Shortly after our underwhelming meal, my friend had severe food poisoning where she was in the bathroom for over an hour with pain and uncomfortable experiences to say the least. Service was slow and employees seemed out of it, and half in it. Definitely will not be coming back.

I've never had to update a review so dramatically. We had great food and service 6 years ago, fine but not great a few years ago, and just bad a couple weeks ago. I did have a coupon for 1/2 off entrees, which was great, and why we made the 15 minute drive. There used to be a closer Friday's but it closed in the last year or 2 and I expect this one will follow. I'll say post pandemic I'm used to a reduced menu, this definitely was. However, that was fine. We all found something we could eat after a few minutes. The server had asked if we were ready a minute after seating, which was fine but we said we'd need a minute. Anyway, after chatting for another 10-15 minutes and not seeing her or any other staff I got up to look around. She did come out to get another table's orders, then a minute later, ours. So, not a big deal. We figured from the heavy smoke smell she was just out for a break. The manager brought our food out in reasonable time, but they had switched my wife's burger for a kid's burger, and said "here's the kid's burger as they placed it in front of her". She didn't want to make a big deal out of it, already miffed by now, and didn't have a huge appetite anyway. So we ate. I thought the Cajun chicken pasta was much different than years ago and didn't enjoy it, but can't put that on the server or kitchen if they are just following the new recipe. So, the bill comes, and the server did not use the coupon I gave her, so I did send that back. Then I noticed they charged us for the regular $13 burger vs $7 kids burger. At this point I was upset and didn't let it go, but the server had to nerve to say both that it was the regular burger, and when we told her the manager said "kids burger" claimed they are the same. I don't demand exceptional service, but flat out lying to us is something I won't be ok with. All I can do is warn off others and never go back no matter how cheap.

So understaffed it isn't even funny. The staff tried, but were seriously overwhelmed. Fridays either needs to keep people working or close for good.

There was only one other table seated, yet we waited almost an hour for our food. My burger was completely black & burnt had to send it back. Everyone was done eating by the time it came back out. I understand it happens but when the place is completely dead...on a Saturday at 5pm...should of been our sign.

Arrived for a girl's lunch, was seated promptly and given menu and drink order placed. Very friendly server. Only had a few tables occupied. Our food order was taken and it did take awhile to arrive but our order didn't come out together. One lunch was delivered but the other took almost 5 additional minutes. It also sounded like an argument was going on in the kitchen. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place could use a little updating, in my opinion.

The best thing we had at this restaurant was the salt from the table. The food was very underwhelming for the price. Our server was nice, but for there being only three other customers, the place was disappointing. Probably will never come back here.

My 18-yr old twin sons and I stopped around 5:30 on Saturday 1/13 for dinner. There weren’t many people there, which made us a little concerned that maybe they were closed. We were seated at a high top table by the bar. The service was outstanding and the food was great. We got several appetizers. They came out quickly and were really good. Boys got a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich. I got ribs.Food was great.Service was great. We all agreed - next time we are in town, we are stopping again!!!

Was very underwhelmed, to say the least. My mother-in-law had reserved a table for a birthday celebration, and to watch the Browns game. When we got there, they said they had to move us because of a different birthday party. So not great. Then they said someone called off and somebody else would wait on us . Took awhile, then someone came and asked what we wanted to drink. We had to respond - can we have menus and drink lists and waters for the table? More time goes by. Finally ordered everything, including a draft Christmas Ale. Took 55 minutes from when we walked into the restaurant until we got our food, then another 5 minutes until we got our drinks!!! Seriously! And the draft Christmas Ale was a bottle, disappointed! Food was typical Fridays food, pretty good, nothing to complain about. They apologized a couple of times about being short staffed but I'm sorry, when are we going to get past that? Were the store manager (s) busting their tail to help? Did they try calling in more help? Should they have told us they couldn't serve us? I don't know, but I was really upset by the whole experience, put a damper on our birthday party.

If I could have hit zero stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible. Order came out wrong, cold, under cooked. They were not busy maybe 6 other people in the restaurant. Waitress got order wrong. Chicken wings came out under cooked and ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got a grilled chicken. The chicken on the sandwich was as thick as a piece of paper. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
