This is our third year going from Columbus. The place is amazing! Friendly atmosphere and great service. Michael was there again this year but making our drinks instead of serving. He still checked in with us. Until next year! If you haven’t gone and you love Christmas, try it out!

Pretty cool experience just feel too closed in with too many people trying to get in and see. Suggestion, possibly open up earlier and stay open a week later for the holidays specifically. Not only is it an amusing and entertaining experience but some people really hate the winter season.... Personally Christmas stuff keeps me going with the colors and happiness (even if it is just a fake happiness due to the time of year, let's be honest it's the only time people care about each other slightly) but when it's over it's like the world just sucks for a couple cold dark months. People would definitely appreciate the environment if I had to guess.

This is my first review but it is one that was needed. The decorations and festivity here were great but the service, not so much. It is very cold outside and you have to wait a long time to service and even longer for drinks. While we were waiting, we heard the waiter complaining about past customers to another table, which I thought was rather inappropriate. I had high hopes but will not be back.

Very fun and so many christmas things and lights. My son loved it. And there is snow inside also for pictures. Its so amazing

We had such a creepy, yet fun, time here! The decor is amazing and the drinks are great! The only drink I wouldn't recommend is the Elm Street Nightmare. I couldn't even finish it (and I don't let alcohol go to waste). But the Pumpkin Bomb and the Poison Apple? Delicious!!!!

Since I don't wear lipstick I knew those lip prints were not mine on the glass. ....wash your stemware better please
