The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard

The Bistro is a perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Arrive early to find a parking spot - the three closest lots were completely full and we had a long walk. Our server, Connor, was attentive at the main points throughout our leisurely dinner, but not intrusive. He legitimately seemed to be enjoying working there. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable, the food and drinks are delicious, and we always look forward to our next visit.

3 of 5 ordered Chicken Piccata and all said it was very good and tasty. One ordered the Italian Chicken Napoleon and said it was the best meal he ever had at Gervasi's Bistro. The other had the 12oz steak...there was nothing left when he finished. Outstanding waitress who was very attentive to our needs. She's a keeper.

We celebrate our anniversary every year at Gervasi and every year it never disappoints! We absolutely love it! 

Third time dining at the Bistro, each time everything has been exceptional! The staff is amazing which completely enhances the dining experience! The food and cocktails were awesome! We look forward to our next visit! We also had a cocktail in the Stillhouse beforehand, the staff and drinks were awesome there too!

I have been to the Bistro many times, it rarely disappoints. I brought my brother, sister and her fiancé to celebrate their recent engagement. Our server, Carmon was excellent! My brother doesn't really give out compliments, however he said this was the best service he has had at a restaurant. We had a variety of dishes, the chicken piccata is always a favourite. Our drinks came in a timely manner and questions we had were met with an answer, all the staff who stopped by our table were excellent.

The restaurant is lovely and inviting. As soon as you walk in he door, the staff in friendly and accommodating. My husband and I will go back and recommend to our friends and family.

Our server, Spencer was wonderful ! He knows the menu extremely well. He suggested dishes based on our preferences and paired wines for each course. The rustic feel of the 1820's barn give a feeling of warmth and charm. The food was fantastic! Fresh bread to dip, appetizers we shared, entrees to fill us and a celebratory dessert to cap off the meal! We're sad that we live so far away, but look forward to our next visit.

We celebrated a friend's birthday and it was a great celebration. The service and food were top notch!

Proposed under the arch and celebrated after at the bistro. Made my fiancé soooo happy. Can't wait to come back.

This was our second visit, we were celebrating a special day for my daughter. Tony was our server both times. He was excellent. The food was great except for the pork chop which I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet. That however is a personal preference for me as I do not like sweet very much. Other than that that one minor thing the rest of the food was excellent. We are already planning another visit. Tony was outstanding and a lot of fun. I highly recommend going here if you've never tried it.

I am unsure what was better: the delicious food, the amazing service or the beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Having been to The Bistro many times since its opening, I will say with conviction: The Bistro is a first-class restaurant, with a superlative staff, and marvelous food, wine, and cocktails.

Service was excellent. Jillian our server was on top of everything and efficient. Food was excellent and came out timely.
