Our experience at The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard was outstanding. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service by Dan was excellent. The Gervasi Vineyard property is lovely, and the restaurant atmosphere was just right - rustic, yet elegant. The prices are not inexpensive, but it was worth the experience. We will go back.
We are from Toledo and brought friends from Chicago. We all loved our dinners and the Bistro,
Amazing chicken piccata and mussels. Great service and atmosphere. Good pricing for portions

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant on the beautiful Gervasi property. Overlooking one of the ponds on site, the ambiance is both intimate yet lively and bustling. They have plenty of Gluten Free options for dinner and dessert. The menu is marked, even better! Our server was extremely knowledgable about the GF allergy and made our experience even better when making suggestions. She was extremely friendly and kind, one of the best servers we have ever had. They have a very tasty gluten free bread for dipping in either olive oil & balsamic or a hot ricotta cheese dip covered in honey. The highlight of the meal was the Filet which was served with charred brocollini and fluffy mashed potatoes piped onto the plate for a beautiful presentation. Absolutely amazing! We followed that by sharing a GF peanut butter carmel bannana dessert. If you stay at Gervasi, you must go! Heck, just go there for an oustanding meal, a beautiful local and vibe and top notch friendly service! 5 out of 5 stars hands down.

First time visit for myself and my friend whom is Gluten-free. Our server Logan was fantastic and made sure we knew he knew she was GF. He made sure she knew the menu options and every delivery to our table, he reassured us, without even asking. "Here is the gluten free bread just out of the oven" Drinks were fantastic and so was our meals. We look forward to visiting again.
Not a very large menu with very little variety. The presentation of the salmon was poor compared to expectations of Gervasi as a whole. It was also a very small piece of fish and not well seasoned, not worth $31.
Enjoyable afternoon spent on the grounds of Gervasi. Dinner at The Bistro was beyond our expectations. We were able to have our party of 6 be seated by the fireplace which added to the ambience. From drinks and appetizers to the luscious desserts, the food was beyond delicious. Kudos to our Connor, who was our server for the evening. He made the evening even more special.
Everything about Gervasi screams excellence except one thing: some of its patrons. We've been coming to the bistro since the day it opened, but over the years, we have seen a decline in class from the diners. They arrive in shorts, t-shirts, flip flops - looking like they just got off the boat at Portage Lakes. Dinner for 2 cost us $300. This should be a place that enforces the dress code they put into place recently, but they don't. I was seated across from a man (inside dining room) who removed his shoes as soon as he sat down. I told our server who said he would tell the management, but nobody did anything. I had to stare at this man's feet my entire (expensive) meal. I followed a man into the building who had just smoked a cigarette outside (there is no smoking on the property). Another time, a group of people came in who were stopping by before heading to a concert at Blossom. They were dressed in shorts and graphic t-shirts. Management didn't say a word. Why have a dress code if you're not going to enforce it? Maybe people don't mind saving up for a special occasion and getting dressed up only to sit next to a person who looks like they just got done cutting their grass, but we won't be coming back.
I have eaten here three times. One meal was excellent. One was terrible (was taken off the bill) the other was just meh (pasta was not done- not al dente, just not done). My mom had a gluten free pizza (which is nice that they have) but it was inedible. Like, really bad. Servers were great! People are great! Wine is very good! Food is bad.
