The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We got the Short ribs, Italian Chicken Napoleon, tiramissu and Moscato. All were amazing. Will be returning for special occasions.

Everything was delicious, the service was excellent and the front desk personnel were very friendly. Very nice experience all around.

Dinner for two. Started with Pepe Di Risotto and the stuffing was cold. Our server took it back to the kitchen to heat up - returned to the table room temperature. We enjoyed our salads: Caesar and House bistro. Shared the Giuseppe pizza, the crust was more like a quesadilla - tasted good but was not expecting that. Been dining at the Bistro since they opened and was so disappointed with the meal this time. Service was good, ambience was beautiful.

Our evening was exceptional. Celebrated our Anniversary with great service & food. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Our waitress was awesome!

This was our second trip to The Bistro in 3 months, and it delivered as well as the first. Carmon, our server, was attentive, incredibly kind, and very personable. It was the perfect experience for our anniversary celebration, and the quality of our menu choices—both food and drinks—put an exclamation point on the meal. We also overheard Carmon give the neighboring table very detailed wine descriptions and recommendations. It was seriously impressive. While we were there, we also said "hello" to Spencer—our server from our last visit. He, too, engaged with us immediately and remembered our visit in July. We are already talking about our need to make reservations to bring family members for meals later this year for special anniversary and holiday celebrations. Cannot wait.

We stayed over night to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was perfect. The room we stayed in was exceptional, clean and comfortable. The grounds of Gervasi's are beautiful. We enjoyed a perfect dinner at the Bistro and our waiter, Benjamin was very accomodating!

Our girls had a beautiful time celebrating their senior homecoming! Beautiful spots for pictures! They said the food was amazing and their server provided exceptional service!

The food and the service at The Bistro is excellent. We enjoyed the short ribs, the side of Brussels sprouts, and the chicken picante. Everything was delicious. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommend for an upscale dining experience.

Great food and a delightful waitress named Jillian who guided us through ordering and a perfect wine pairing! We have travelled and eaten in restaurants throughout Europe and our meal at the Gervasi Bistro was the best ever!

The Bistro is a perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Arrive early to find a parking spot - the three closest lots were completely full and we had a long walk. Our server, Connor, was attentive at the main points throughout our leisurely dinner, but not intrusive. He legitimately seemed to be enjoying working there. The atmosphere is elegant but comfortable, the food and drinks are delicious, and we always look forward to our next visit.

3 of 5 ordered Chicken Piccata and all said it was very good and tasty. One ordered the Italian Chicken Napoleon and said it was the best meal he ever had at Gervasi's Bistro. The other had the 12oz steak...there was nothing left when he finished. Outstanding waitress who was very attentive to our needs. She's a keeper.

We celebrate our anniversary every year at Gervasi and every year it never disappoints! We absolutely love it! 

Third time dining at the Bistro, each time everything has been exceptional! The staff is amazing which completely enhances the dining experience! The food and cocktails were awesome! We look forward to our next visit! We also had a cocktail in the Stillhouse beforehand, the staff and drinks were awesome there too!
