We had such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were spot on. What really made our visit extra special though was our server, Kyle. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, answered all of our questions with patience, and gave us great recommendations. It’s rare to find service that genuine and attentive, and Kyle truly made our night. Huge thank you to Kyle and the Brew Kettle team! We’ll definitely be back soon! 🍻

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience with Danielle at the Brew Kettle was so unprofessional it deserves to be called out. From the start, she was dismissive and inattentive, acting as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason she had a job. Simple requests were met with eye rolls and an irritated tone.
On top of that, she was openly talking down to other employees in front of guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. It created a toxic atmosphere that made it clear she doesn’t respect her coworkers any more than she respects customers.
Service was slow, disorganized, and rude. Drinks were wrong, and instead of correcting things with any courtesy, she acted put out by the inconvenience.
The Brew Kettle usually has a great vibe, but Danielle’s attitude ruined the experience. If management cares about customer satisfaction and their staff, they need to seriously reevaluate whether she belongs on the floor.

We had an extremely kind, attentive server (Matt), and please do not sleep on the Kraut Balls. They are delicious. They have a pretty solid selection of local beers on tap. Nice view of the HOF stadium / field as well.

I ordered a 1/2 pound exhibition burger for $18, cooked medium rare. It was slider-sized and overcooked. I was charged $1 for a slice of cheese. The brussel sprouts had a seasoning that was very salty. My cousin ordered a jalapeño popper dip appetizer that came with boring Club crackers. All in all, it was not an enjoyable dining experience and I won't be returning.
Our server was attentive. I felt bad for her because the restaurant was almost empty at dinnertime.

The food was delicious, service was fast, and our server was wonderful, attentive, and friendly. There are tons of beer options on tap. Parking at the Hall of Fame Village can take a little figuring out, but once you’re inside, the meal and experience are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Dissapointed!!! Place is overpriced. Food not good. It's the Hall of Fame U Need to Deck out the place with tons of football decor. A few browns pics doesn't do it. And then they had the balls to put an John Elway picture in the place. Are yall out of your minds.

Perfect stop after the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Great selection of local beer and delicious food. The staff was super friendly and very helpful for us as out of owners. Highly recommend the fried green beans and the street corn dip!

I had the buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken and a side of applesauce — absolutely delicious! I also tried the rum punch, and it was spot-on. The flavors were amazing, and everything was super fresh. Our server was incredibly friendly and truly one of the best — made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, great drinks, and even better service!

Seen this place on TikTok, food looked great so we decided to go. The service was really amazing which is why I’m evening leaving a star. But the food was horrible it was so disgusting most of the food was cold and the brussel sprouts were so hard couldn’t even chew them. It’s a great place with great service, but I️ probably Wouldn’t be back.

Outstanding food in a lively yet chilled atmosphere. Fantastic beer menu- if you don’t see something you like then you don’t truly love beer. Danielle was truly delightful and very knowledgeable of the beers.
I think the tables are a little too close, and right after they sat us, they sat a huge group right next to us. It was so loud we could barely hear one another. I had the smoked steak sandwich, which the meat was really dry. I could barely take a bite without needing something to rinse it down. The so called cheese did not even resemble cheese. It was some sort of gritty mixture it reminded me of those instant mashed potato boxes stuff. I might give this place one more chance but highly doubt it. The only thing that was good here was the waitress and the French fries. Giving this place three stars is highly generous.
Stopped in with a group after visiting the Pro Football HOF next door. So easy to get to as we just walked around the building and up the stairs.
The place is pretty big and can hold a lot of people. We found out that around the bar we could sit about 20 alone. lol
Beer was nice and cold, food was pretty good as well. Had the fish and chips which was nicely cooked. Not usually into French fries but these were delicious.
There are only 3 golf simulators so if a lot of people you might be waiting a bit. Overall very enjoyable experience.
Came in was greeted nice by a server. Everything came out in a timely manner. The food was horrible appetizers were horrible. We could barely get through our food because we don't believe in sending things back. Would come back to drink, but not eat.
Great food and location. I love the outdoor patio! Also dozens of craft beers on tap.
