Simply put, I can't speak highly enough about The Canton Rib Cage. From beginning to end, from appetizer to main course, from first tasting to our wedding night it was PERFECT! (Not to mention super delicious!!). Mark and Sabrina were absolutely fabulous to work with as well. My wife and I were lucky enough to taste their food at a friend's wedding while we were dating. We instantly fell in love (with the food!), and knew we had to have it at our wedding. Once that time (finally) came we contacted the Canton Rib Cage and had a super relaxed tasting at Mark and Sabrina's home. They made us feel so welcome it honestly felt like we were eating at my parents house! Making the final decision for the menu was so hard because everything was delicious!! Even if you don't like coleslaw you have to try theirs, it's a unique take and honestly might be the best I've ever had! Late it the game we asked them to do appetizers for our cocktail hour and they handled it with no problem. As part of our menu we chose the chicken and Mark actually cooked it onsite! Talk about setting the tone for the night! My wife and I have actually started joking about what kinds of events are acceptable to have catered just so we can eat their food again!!Thank you guys so much!! Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without you!

Absolutely, 1000%, the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth. Let alone at a wedding! The Canton Rib Cage was amazing from the start. The second we tasted the food at our tasting we knew we had to book them for our wedding!! If you’re searching for BBQ and considering a chain please don’t and book with Rib Cage!! You will be blown away in every aspect. Mark and Sabrina are incredibly personable and kind. They are also amazing caterers. People are still raving about the food 3 weeks later and I will forever crave their red skin mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. They made my wedding dreams come true and I couldn’t be anymore thankful I found these people! ✨
