I used to enjoy going to the Human Bean for coffee. But recently, I found out just how unprofessional and disrespectful the franchise owner in this area is to his employees. Then, I read other reviews and found that others have also noticed this. I will not be spending another dime since spending money at his locations is just rewarding him for his behavior to mostly kids who work there. Fortunately, there are many other coffee shops in the area (a number of which are locally owned). Do not misinterpret my review...the batistas are customer friendly, but the franchise owner...well, that's another story. Goodbye Human Bean, you've lost yet another customer.

Decided since it was nice out that I would do a walk up order and they refused service when they had multiple people working in the store! Very disappointing when I spend a lot of money there!

We really like the coffee from here and come pretty regularly… the only problem is that my husband has a severe dairy allergy so we get his with coconut milk but there has been about 4 times they don’t listen and make it with regular dairy and my husband cannot drink it and it can be pretty frustrating. The people are always nice but if you have an allergy make it VERY clear to them.

I visited this place because of the humorous name. (Same name as the coffeehouse in the comedic television show The Community.) Fresh tasting coffee and tea that is better than Starbucks. There is no indoor place to sit and eat, but there's a large parking lot surrounding this store if you want to stop. There's a drive thru and a walk-up window. We ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich, teas, and a mocha latte. All of them came with a tasty chocolate covered espresso bean. We stopped in the parking lot to enjoy ourselves and were back on the road in no time. All of their baristas were cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend this little coffeehouse gem.

We came from out of state and wanted to try a something different! When we pulled up to the window we had no idea what we wanted so we told the person at the window to make their favorite! They made us the best drink and were soooo sweet and kind!
