Just tried this place today. Got a large original cheesesteak and large tots and it was AMAZING! Nestled in a plaza to the west of Belden Village Mall, this place is on point.
These are real Philly steaks, not some Charley's overpriced poboys masquerading as cheesesteak.
I got everything large including the tots (which are like fried potato cakes! Bruh...) and the entire thing only came out to 18 bucks. Try that at the copycat shops!
This place should have a line out the door! Best cheesesteak this side of Philadelphia and a price that matches.

I got their $10 meal deal which was the original Philly cheese steak and fries which were AMAZING! The fries were fresh cut too!!! I later ordered fries pickles and OMG were they DELICIOUS! The food is very flavorful and I can’t wait to come back to try more of their food! Prices here are not bad! Jersey mikes is way more expensive but I’d rather eat here anyways!

This is the best cheesesteak in Ohio.
Easily crushes Jersey Mike's, which is my normal favorite.
Charlie's really needs to go home or completely gut their supply chain and start over.
The service is as good as it can get, food is better than what you thought you were coming for (although a guilty pleasure), the atmosphere is basically Jimmy John's but less visually loud.
That's the one aspect that needs refinement, in my opinion. But you're gonna be so distracted by what you're eating that you kind of zone in on the food and forget the environment, anyway.
I hope this place stays around and the owners start getting more stores opened in the area.
All other sub shops have major competition with this one. Watch out.
Biggest disadvantage they have may be the location. It's just hard to pull into and the road is so distracting that it's easy to miss unless you're pulling into the plaza. I just happened to look right and noticed it. Asked my kid if he was hungry and we popped in.
I can't wait to go back.

THIS WAS AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY GET THE FRIED PICKLES AND CAJUN FRIES!! Also the cashier was super cool and down to earth! My family loved their meals and we will be back 10/10 would recommend!!

It's a dine-in restaurant with fast service. You go up to the counter and order and they let you know when it's ready and you pick it up there. There are booths to dine in. Two sandwiches, a small order of fries and one drink came to approximately $35.

This place is horrible they have a promo code that doesn't even work and they said "this is a franchise" which is the second time of hearing of it and the employee said should we give it to her for free he said " No" never going back
