Beautiful but expensive place to eat! The ambiance is gorgeous. The food is typically delicious, we have had some visits that the food was less than great but they made it right.

Holy crap!! This was my first time visiting the Piazza and everything about this experience was incredible. From the service, the beautiful grounds to the food and the entertainment was a guy who sounded like John Mayer!! I will def go back soon.

Met friends at the Piazza for the first time finally and wow!! It was just so calm, breathtaking foliage and flowers everywhere. They had an incredible band and I ordered Seared Salmon bowl. It was so delicious and was enough for 2 people. The service was great and we truly enjoyed our time there!!!

We have been going to Gervais almost since they opened. Was always my favorite place. We went this Saturday afternoon and it was not the same. The girl at the podium couldn't speak English well, couldn't seem to understand my phone number to call me when a table was ready. There was at least 10 tables empty. When we got to sit it was at a table barely big enough for 2 in the middle of a big umbrella and you couldn't even feel air circulation. My chicken salad sandwich had 2 or 3 small pieces of chicken and the rest was pieces of green apples next to no mayo. Again the first time we was disappointed. The atmosphere is fabulous. Sad things gave changed.

Ordered the meatball sub - possibly worst one I’ve ever had. Can make better with $2 of ingredients at home. Drink prices are wild. Ordered a pizza it never showed (didn’t get charged but would have been nice since I didn’t like the sub)Did enjoy the appetizers I guess

I come here annually with my family and I’m never disappointed. The quality and variety of the food and drinks has always been excellent. Also, the live entertainment has always been top notch. Maybe best of all, the entire compound is a great experience for taking a stroll by the pond or walking trails and exploring. It’s truly an amazing place with so much offer.

I fully understand that what I'm about to write will make me sound like a complete food snob, but Gervasi (The Bistro) is what people think fine dining is who have never experienced real fine dining. The first time I went to Gervasi was with work friends. We sat on the patio and ordered pizza and sangria. It was good, so I made reservations for The Bistro a few months later. What a disappointment. The food was overpriced and mediocre. We didn't return for several years. A couple of years ago, however, I was invited to a private event at The Crush House, and while the food wasn't innovative, it was good. With that in mind, my husband and I went back tonight thinking maybe the food had improved since we were last there together, but we were disappointed once again. Although I'm sure the establishment would categorize its fare as "classic," I consider it to be unimaginative. (I included specifics with the photos.)The service was mediocre, and the ambiance is, well, just overdone with far too much tromp l'oeil and competing motifs. In the end, it's still overpriced, overrated, and there's just no there, there.

My family really does love each place to dine at on the Gervasi Vineyard grounds. My favorite place is the Piazza, though. You are Guaranteed to have a good time, possibly here some live music, and leave with a happy belly. There is a substantial variety of food on the menu, and lots of wonderful drinks. If you have time......wonder the grounds, play some bocce, or sit by the pond and take in some scenery that leaves you feeling as though there is no way you are in Canton, Ohio. I would be remiss to leave out the courteous servers and their in depth knowledge of the menu.

We went to celebrate our first anniversary. We didn’t mind waiting for a table (we enjoyed a drink on the lawn, the lavender lemonade was lovely). Unfortunately once we were seated, we waited for close to half an hr and couldn’t even get a drink order taken…i can’t imagine how long food would have taken after that. We finally left without being able to order anything. It was only then that the server came over. Was it the servers fault? Most likely not. He was swamped with tables and a large table of at least 12. Sounds like poor management oversight. I’m sure the food would have been lovely unfortunately we weren’t given a chance to enjoy it.
