Ordered a pizza and a dozen wings for pick up at 6:10 was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later the food was ready. Lobby full of people waiting on their food and the store was not busy.

HAIR IN THE PIZZA AND NOT JUST 1 HAIR! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Never again!!! Hair in the cheese, the sauce gross. Save your money, this isn't the Pizza Oven standard you know, really gone downhill.

THIS RIGHT HERE is why no one I know will eat this pizza. This photo, taken from another review, is all you need to know about this place's pizza. Uncooked, milky white 'cheese' does not belong on top of the pizza. Does anyone think this looks appetizing? It looks like Elmer's Glue!Maybe you've never had a real pizza. That might be the problem.

I ordered food for our company. We ordered a large pizza, jo’s, and chicken. We received 3/8 pieces of chicken. I called in to get it corrected. I spoke with a male that was nice, he said “let me check on that and see what went wrong” A couple of minutes later a woman answers and says “hello” I said “hello, I had an issue with my order and someone stated they’re checking on it” She said “yeah and I’m the manager, what’s the issue” -extremely rude. I explained that I only got 3 of the 8 pieces we ordered. She continued to argue with me stating that she watched them box the 8 piece chicken and doesn’t know where this is coming from. I stated that I don’t know what happened, but there are only 3 in our box. She said “i understand that, well… what do you want me to do about it” Once again very rudely. I stated that “as a manger she could replace the chicken and deliver it or refund the card” She stated that she would redeliver it. As a manger of a store I’d expect them not to argue with facts and I also expect them to know how to handle the issue. I never plan to order from this location again, due to such a terrible experience for a business order.
