I just ordered take out from The Rail - Canton. We haven't even picked up our order yet, and I'm writing a review (which I very rarely do). Ordering was one of the most pleasant consumer experiences I have ever had. I should have gotten the name of the lovely lady I spoke with. So pleasant, upbeat, helpful and just plain sweet. We've ordered take out only a couple of times and will definitely order from the Rail again. We already know the food will be awesome as it always is, but with an over the top effort and genuine care and kindness during this crazy time, we will support them many more times to come during the Corona disaster. Way to go guys, we are happy to support you and hopefully more people will support local.

We enjoyed going to the Rail in Fairlawn and very excited when they brought one to Canton a few years ago. I've been in from time to time (maybe 6 times throughout the year) Last night (3/4/2020) I decided to treat a dear friend of mine to the Rail that had never been. As soon as we stepped into the door we were greeted by a friendly hostess and took our seats quickly. Heath came over to great us and right away I was impressed with his enthusiastic attitude and knowledge for what was they had to offer. He truly made our experience top notch. Customer service isn't dead in this restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks amazing. We will definitely be back and hope that Heath will continue to be amazing! Well done.

Hands down the best burger I have ever had. Great service, great beers. I do not rave on about places ever, but I have been telling people left and right that they need to make it to the rail. Our server Dakota was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and very well versed on everything about the rail. Simply amazing. Go eat here. Ask for Dakota.

My husband and I have been there twice now (from Youngstown, by the way). I never knew that a burger could be so different and so unbelievably delicious. All of the food is fantastic, great beer selection, and comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Our sever, Dakota, was beyond amazing. He not only knew all of the food on the menu but all of the beers as well and offered great insight. We will definitely be back again!

We went for dinner on a slow Wednesday night, Canton Ohio location. They greeted us immediately. Dakota was our bartender/server, he has a naturally wonderful personality. Food was very good. Our guys were very demanding too, cause they ordered many cocktails. We had a a great dining experience! We will return.

Great burger stop. The fried pork belly is a must. They have a great selection of beers with thr option of buying a growler and taking some home. Waitstaff was courteous, polite, and on point. We will definitely be back soon.

Enough cannot be said about The Rail. The food is incredible, the drinks are fantastic, and the service is second to none. The Crouching Burger is the best burger on the planet and the milkshakes are to die for. Do your taste buds a favor!

My husband and I decided to try a restaurant we've never tried before. Their server the atmosphere and the food were all amazing!! Also they have chips with blue cheese crumbles for a side dish it actually makes one of the best appetizers ever!! Can't wait to go back!
