We went here for a Girls Night Out. The wait staff was friendly, and she gave some good recommendations for dinner. The dining area upstairs could use some updating, especially the flooring. It didn’t have a nice clean look. The speakeasy downstairs is really nice and had live music when we were there. The downstairs was clean, and you can tell it had been updated more recently than the upstairs. The bathrooms were clean and had modern fixtures in them. The drinks we ordered were good, except for the Diet Coke. It just didn’t taste right. The menu is rather small, mostly pizzas and some sandwiches. We all ordered pizzas - The Bianca, The Queen Margharita, and The Cheese. The pizzas are the equivalent of a small pizza and overpriced. The pizzas were over cooked, but it wasn’t too noticeable except on the cheese pizza. I wasn’t a fan of the sauce, but I’m really picky when it comes to pizza sauce. Overall it was ok. I’m not sure that I would go back.

I was really excited to try out the "new vibes" that was advertised on the windows outside the restaurant but sadly it very much felt like the old vibes and I was a bit disappointed!

This is the 3rd time we tried Canton Brewing Company. The beer was good, but the food it mediocre. Not worth the price. There was 1 guy to seat and take our order. It wasn't very busy on a Friday afternoon, but our food and drinks took a long time to come to our table. This visit we all tried the Classic Schnitzel. It was dry and over cooked. The mustard sauce and kraut were good. Sad to say, this is the last time we will patronize Canton Brewing.

Very cool atmosphere within the brewery. Have not tried the food but the bartender was very friendly. The selection of beers are wide in type but low in numbers. No matter what you like you'll find something you enjoy. The beers were delicious!

What a disappointment!!! This review is for the New Years Eve 2021 celebration that Canton Brewing sold tickets for. Advertised as a party with 3 seatings: a dinner, champagne toast and a football drop!!! Apparently they didn’t sell many tickets and decided not to use the downstairs Speakeasy. Seated us in a booth in the main sports bar ( not what I expected)!! Waiter brought our salad and never asked what dressing we wanted. Before I could take a bite he arrived with the entrees?! Made him take it back. The prime rib was tough!! The shrimp cold and the green beans tasted straight out of a can!! Mushy… The chef did offer us a $20 gift card that covered our drinks when we complained, but this EVENT should have been cancelled!!! We got ripped off for sure!!! No champagne or ball drop either.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon to sample some beers. The waitress seemed very confused about why we were there and about our apparently wild request to order a flight. Luckily the nice bartender stepped in and helped us out. The beers were so-so. Nothing on the list really that really knocked our socks off. The Shandy was nice though.

There is a full bar with a good choice of beers. Had their classic pizza with pepperoni. Generous portions and good service to go with reasonable prices.

This is a place that feels like a combination German beer hall/sports bar. There is a full bar with a good choice of beers. Had their classic pizza with pepperoni. Generous portions and good service to go with reasonable prices.

The service was great. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Great beer selection. The menu is unique - German food and they also had pizza. We stuck with German - very tasty - not the typical bar food scene. Clean, open beer hall feel. Loved it.

Great location across from the new continental plaza. The service with really fast considering the low amount of staff, the menu and a lot of different types of food from pizza to soup, only downside is there is not many things in those categories. I got "the favorite pizza" and it was AMAGING! Other then the food the building is really cool epically downstairs.

Felt like a German beer hall with a German menu. Sausages, pretzels, schnitzels, wursts .... There is a full bar, wines & many drafts. We got here Saturday evening a few minutes before seven, by 7:00 there was a line. There is a beer crawl to benefit pets & many were wearing crawl tee shirts. Our waiter was excited about the menu & fabulous. I started with the tail feather lemon shady beer and my husband the Tuscarora flag ship German style Pilsner. We shared the classic pizza with pepperoni red sauce and cheese. The sachertorte was fabulous & the gelato on the side was awesome. Dinner was flavorful, service was great, prices very reasonable, portions generous...

We started with a pint of beer which was delicious. Then we shared the classic pepperoni pie and a sachertorte with gelato for dessert. People next to us were enjoying oversize salads and sausage plates that smelled wonderful. Everything was very good, service was friendly and great, Portions generous & Prices are reasonable. Large brewery with a new chef that makes everything on site. Open kitchen with a speakeasy in the basement.

Five star prices, a two star experience. The two stars are for the building itself and the taste of the beer. Everything else gets a zero. - It seems to me that a restaurant that only has to open three days a week to make money should have everything down pat, but that's far from the case here. The facility itself is magnificently beautiful, yet the entire upstairs bar is mucked up with junk- carboard containers for dumping fried food into lying all over out in the open, tacky maraschino cherry box visible inside the cooler, plastic dishwasher racks for glassware lying about, obvious "storage" area (and unorganized at that) to the left side of the bar near the patio. I mean, who wants to stare at junk? If this is (allegedly) one of Canton's best breweries (and the beer was good) why does the bar serving your brews look like the inside of a Denny's? For what it's worth, the wait staff also looked like they just fell out of a Denny's as well. No discernable uniforms that I could tell. I mean, the bartender (I think she was a bartender, I wouldn't really know, since she didn't greet me for seven minutes) was wearing an Abercrombie shirt. The male bartender who did finally greet me had all the energy one would expect from a kid at a lemonade stand, and mumbled like one. I had to say "What?" three times to figure out that he was asking me if I wanted my beer in a to-go cup, for some strange reason. I mean, I get that it's First Friday, but I'm sitting *at* the bar. Not leaning with one foot out the patio door. The sad part is, I was maybe one of, at most, 20 people in the entire building, including the patio and a party of 10 at one table. I mean... this is First Friday, during the slow part, why are we not staffed, stocked, and ready to knock guests' socks off? As for the "Speak Easy", I really have no clue why it's even called that. It's just a downstairs bar. There's no false front on it or anything even remotely "Speakeasy'ish" about it. All in all, the place is very overrated. The Centennial IPA was a darn good beer, but, I can go to Giant Eagle and buy beer that's just as good for about 1/5 the price. Experience is part of the cost of that beer, and the experience was a bad one.

Chef/cook called waiter 3 times, that food order was ready. He never came to pick it up!!! Over 15 minutes.,had to ask another waiter to get it. Our waiter never came back to see if food was hot & if we were pleased. Of course after all that time food was not HOT Only came back to give check. Very very poor customer service.

What a brewery should be! Bar food but to a better degree. Wood fired pizzas are amazing, wings are some of the best I've ever had! Sangria is damn good as well. My husband love their beer. We come here at least once a month.
